Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

Ramada's room design is very modern and clean, and staff is friendly. I believe it's the best hotel in town. If you're a city person, I think you'll love this hotel. However, the hotel's dining options could have some improvement.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Bir eleştirim içme suyu, diğer saatlerde de ücretsiz olarak verilse iyi olurdu..Mini barda kişi başına 500 cc su yetersiz...Genel olarak aile ile kalınabilecek güzel bir 5* otel...

The best hotel in Pamukkale, clean and tidy, with a beautiful garden environment, and you can also go horse riding. The owner is a warm-hearted and meticulous gentleman. If I go to Pamukkale again next time, I will definitely stay here again.
