Great stay, I enjoyed the spa, the breakfast was amazing and the location was amazing, just on the water

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Красивый дом, приветливые хозяева, очень вкусный, разнообразный завтрак . Бесплатная парковка. В центре старого города. Из минусов холодно в номере ( дует из окна и двери на балкон) Очень маленький тесный номер для троих человек. Некуда положить чемодан и поставить обувь

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

Pelin A. Kahyaoglu, the navigator. Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

ห้องพักเยี่ยมมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบค่อนข้างแย่ แต่การบริการค่อนข้างดีและอาหารเช้าก็ดี!

Can't go wrong with Hilton. Brilliant as always! Excellent service, close to the airport, free shuttle. Comfortable clean room, 5 start breakfast buffet and warm cookie on arrival. My 'go to' hotel before a flight ❣️

โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเลย สะอาดถูกสุขอนามัย พนักงานเป็นมิตร บริการดี มีร้านอาหารให้เลือกทานมากมาย เมื่อเราออกไป โรงแรมก็เรียกแท็กซี่ให้เรา และไม่คิดค่าบริการเพิ่มแต่อย่างใด ปัญหาคือ เว็บไซต์จองห้องพักไม่ได้แจ้งว่าอยู่ชั้นไหน แต่เมื่อเรามาถึง โรงแรมก็จัดให้เราพักชั้นหนึ่ง ใกล้กับห้องน้ำสาธารณะ เราอยากย้ายไปยังห้องบนชั้นสองซึ่งก็ไม่มีใครจองไว้เช่นกัน แต่โรงแรมบอกว่าจะต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มคืนละ 35 ดอลลาร์ ซึ่งถือว่าเหลือเชื่อมาก สัญญาณเน็ตแย่มาก เปิดวิดีโอในห้องไม่ได้ หรือโพสต์ลง Moments ไม่ได้

This hotel is faultless, the staff are professional and accommodating in all areas. Sea view is worth it - you can even see the Greek island of Lesvos from afar! There is also a nice restaurant on the 19th floor offering A La Carte Dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

โรงแรมอยู่ริมเมืองเก่า ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10 นาทีไปยังย่านหลัก เนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้ถนนสายหลัก รถจึงมีเสียงดังเล็กน้อย บริการดีมาก ชอบบริการของโฮมสเตย์แบบนี้ อบอุ่น อบอุ่น ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็ก แต่สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย อาหารเช้าน่าทึ่ง รวยและน่าตื่นเต้น
