TTiagoHad a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread!
Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover.
All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

DDaniella BiancaO hotel é perfeito do começo ao fim!
Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia, educação e acolhimento pela equipe da recepção, que merece um destaque especial. É aquele tipo de atendimento que faz você se sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindo.
O quarto é lindo, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e aquele cheirinho delicioso de tudo impecavelmente preparado. A piscina é maravilhosa e o café da manhã, impecável, com muita qualidade e atenção aos detalhes.
Ficamos apenas duas noites e, depois de vivenciar um pouco do que a propriedade oferece, minha impressão é de que o ideal seria ficar pelo menos três noites. Há muito para aproveitar, apreciar e simplesmente desfrutar com calma.

FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

KKatCThis is the best hotel to stay in Evora. I didn’t expect such a modern and well maintained hotel to be in a small town. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Staff is polite n speaks English. Room facing backwards is quiet and comfortable. We had 309 room n staff said it’s the best room. Parking is underground n secured, free for guests.

ผผู้เข้าพักWir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Evora und haben uns das MouraSuits Hotel gebucht.
Der Check-In war super freundlich und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar eher beziehen als angegeben.
Das Hotel bietet einen extra Parkplatz, sodass wir auch keine Probleme hatten unser Auto abzustellen.
Wir hatten ein Superior-Room für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Bad ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche.
Der Pool ist auch angenehm kühl gewesen, aber nicht zu kalt.
Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Wir konnten uns unsere Eierspeise dazu bestellen ohne Aufpreis, es gab diverse frische Säfte sowie Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Gepäck etc.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hotel also offers free parking.
Room is very comfortable.
Only bone I can pick is the shower cubicle being too small for comfort as it’s in a rectangular shape.

ผผู้เข้าพักInstalações a precisar de renovação, nota-se que é um bom hotel, mas precisa de trocar o chão (alcatifa) e móveis (antigos). Outro aspeto menos bom é o facto de se pagar para usar o ginásio (5€) e o snoker (8€ preço excessivo ...) e não dar para regular a temperatura do ar condicionado.
À parte disto, cama confortável, boa televisão e grande parque de estacionamento
