The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Although the room is small, the air conditioning is efficient. There are no foul smells. The hotel provides a mini fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, digital safe, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush. The soundproofing is weak as you can hear the cars from the street. Location wise it is only 10 minutes drive to Ipoh town or to Aeon Station 18. There are many shops around the hotel such as Family Mart and Mixue. Overall it is a comfortable hotel with great value for a short period of stay.

overall a great stay.. good location near to eateries, there was a super long ramadan bazaar right in front of the hotel during my stay which made the stay a little more exciting..

We had an excellent stay at this hotel The property is very spacious and big. Truly feels like home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy, just as advertised. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the owner was responsive and provided clear, correct guidance when we arrived. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back in the future!

The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

Location easy to lookout.. totally new place.. but not too difficult to find From check in to parking, please straight proceed to parking then access back door for Check in. Booked two rooms with 1 bathroom. Toilet and shower are separated. The small rooms really quite small and can be stuffy. Beds are rather single bed, not super single. Another main room still oki with queen size. But window facing garden. soundproof kinda bad. Big room facing garden - children runnning and screaming, small room near lift can hear the lift 🛗 sound. While toilet flushing and door can be disturbing for light sleeper. Disappointed with the ants (last two pics) come on way to the toilet bowl. Downside - no bedroom shoes The property rather new and near by has famous insta worth cafe :)

A short walk to Ipoh Parade and a 10-15 minute car ride to the Ipoh railway station. The room is spacious even when the couch is placed in the room. They are generous with the pillows- 3 per bed, which made our rest comfortable. Toilet doesn’t feel cramped though we hope there could be a mini shelf to place our toiletries within the showering area. Breakfast is limited but for the price we paid, it’s reasonable. The hotel staff is approachable and friendly, from the reception, to the cafe. It’s a pity that the pool is closed during our stay for maintenance but that doesn’t stop us from returning to stay here in future.
