Fantastic location in the centre of everything including food and shopping. Connected to ipoh parade. They have a lovely infinity swimming pool on the top floor overseeing ipoh city. Food, both breakfast and free supper were very tasty. The only slight downside is the patchy internet. But definitely our ideal hotel.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและโรงแรมสะอาด ไม่มีห้องอาหารภายใน แต่มีคาเฟ่ดีๆ สองแห่งตั้งอยู่ข้างๆ คือคาเฟ่สไตล์โกปีเตี่ยมและร้านอาหารชั้นดี ห้องพักสะอาดมาก ชอบตรงที่มีเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำให้ การตกแต่งภายในและการตกแต่งภายในสวยงาม จุดเด่นอีกอย่างคือมีร้านบูติกอยู่ตรงทางเข้า เสื้อผ้าฝ้ายจากญี่ปุ่น เทียนอโรมาเทอราพี และน้ำมันหอมระเหย ต้องไปเยี่ยมชมบูติกนี้

โรงแรม M Roof กว้างขวางและสะอาด เราชอบห้องน้ำและพื้นที่โดยรอบมาก เตียงนอนสบายและอบอุ่น เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย เราพักอย่างมีความสุข ที่จอดรถเต็มเนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์และงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ จึงต้องจอดรถไกลออกไป

The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

Visited Ipoh during the long weekend. The lobby looked grand and the rooms were nicely renovated. Lots of facilities were provided as well, e.g. pickleball court, pool and 24/7 gym. A variety of breakfast was provided and different types of eggs to try 🤭 Had to pay for the pickleball court, rental for the paddles. Recommend to have first aid kid at the pickleball court. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 👍👍

ฝุ่นเยอะและสกปรก ไม่ค่อยมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากนัก เช่น กระดาษชำระ น้ำแร่ แปรงสีฟัน กระดาษทิชชู่ รองเท้าแตะ แต่ก็มีสบู่ แชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำ หมวกอาบน้ำ และกาต้มน้ำให้บริการ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้บริการดี โดยรวมแล้วยังพอรับได้ เพราะห้องพักกว้างขวางและราคาถูกสำหรับห้องเตียงคิงไซส์ ลองพิจารณาพักสักคืน

Cleaniness: i found a used coffee pack underthe wardrobe Location is alright, ntging special but nothing bad either Service: idk the service is kinda meh… and the fridge is not cold at all, it takes literally 2 days (48hours) to cold up my drinks The breakfast and event is nice and the waitress there is nice as well… i just don’t like the staff didnt invite to go outside for the countdown…. imagine Im still sitting there after 12:00 after countdown haha. if the cleaniness and service is fixed i think i should be 10/10 hotel ngl

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would happily stay here again.
