ห้องน้ําไม่ได้รับการทําความสะอาดอย่างถูกต้องและไม่มีม้วนห้องน้ําหรือผ้าเช็ดตัว ทีวีไม่ทํางานบน WiFi หรือช่องทีวีปกติ ดูเหมือนว่ามีการรั่วไหลและชิ้นส่วนของคอนกรีตหลวมใต้ขอบหน้าต่าง ข้อดีคือวิวทะเลและวิวหอคอยจากห้องและไฟในห้องอาบน้ําก็เยี่ยมมาก ในห้องยังมีพัดลม เตารีดและกระดาน ตู้นิรภัย และเครื่องเป่าผม พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี ที่จอดรถก็ใช้ได้ในราคา 7 ปอนด์ และคุณสามารถจอดรถได้ถึงเที่ยงคืนในวันที่เช็คเอาท์ ห้องพักโดยทั่วไปล้าสมัยและจําเป็นต้องยกขึ้น แต่ก็โอเคสําหรับฐานสําหรับ 1 คืน

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. A really nice hotel. Our room was unexpectedly MASSIVE! 2-3times the size I expected. A suite rather than a standard room! Very happy indeed. Comfortable. Warm. Great bathroom. Ideal. 3min off the M6, 5min to town centre.

The experience was very good. I visited with my children. They enjoyed the breakfast especially the waffle. Luggage storage was amazing too. After checking out, we had to keep our Luggage as the train time was still hours after check out. Easy access to the attractions and the tram and bus stop close to the hotel. The room size is okay, but it would have been better if there was ventilation, especially in this hot weather.

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

Fab สถานที่น่ารักกระท่อมด้านนอกพวกเขาสามารถทําได้เล็กน้อยสะอาด แต่สมมติว่ามันเป็นธรรมชาติภายในสะอาดและเป็นกันเองทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการมีผ้าเช็ดตัวระเบียงเป็นวิธีที่น่าทึ่งนําไปสู่ทะเลสาบมันเป็นของตัวเองดังนั้นลูกชายของฉันสามารถใกล้ชิดกับเป็ดโดยไม่ต้องอยู่ในน้ํา มีร้านค้ากีฬาทางน้ําบาร์ร้านอาหารสนามเด็กเล่นในสนามกอล์ฟบ้า เดินไปรอบ ๆ ทะเลสาบเป็นสถานที่ที่ดีในใจกลางเมืองที่จะออกไปสํารวจวินด์เมอร์ 30 นาทีโดยรถยนต์และมีวันที่น่าทึ่งมากยังมีเพียงเล็กน้อยขับรถ 5 นาทีบนถนนสายเหนือคิดว่ามันน่ารัก อาหารและราคาโอเคถึง

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.
