A little gem of a hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are of a decent size with a big king bed of which was amazingly comfy. Ordered room service and it was fantastic, tasty and prompt!  Highly recommend

I chose the hotel given it was next to the University that I wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly staff. A special mention to Carolyn who was particularly helpful and gave me useful information about the town which I last visited 26 years ago!

Everything’s good except bed is a bit narrow and no air circulation system except opening windows which may be cold

เรามีสองห้องที่จองไว้ ห้องหนึ่งอยู่กับพ่อแม่ที่อายุมากขึ้น ห้องที่ให้มาเป็นการเดินที่ยุติธรรมค่อนข้างไกลจากพื้นที่แผนกต้อนรับไม่มีความช่วยเหลือเพียงทิศทางทางภาษา คงจะดีถ้ามีความช่วยเหลือจากพนักงาน เมื่อเราไปถึงห้องปลั๊กอ่างล้างจานถูกปิดกั้นดังนั้นฉันจึงโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อซ่อมมันไม่เกิดขึ้น ถามพนักงานต้อนรับเขาโกหกเขาบอกว่าเขาซ่อมมันด้วยการบํารุงรักษาเมื่อไม่มีใครมาดู นี่ไม่ใช่บริการที่เราคาดหวังจากมาตรฐาน 'Mercure' นอนบนอ่างเพื่อแปรงฟันและทุกครั้งที่เราต้องการล้างมือหลังจากใช้ห้องน้ําเราต้องใช้อ่างอาบน้ํา ไม่แน่ใจว่าฉันอ่านที่ไหน แต่เพื่อใช้สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในการว่ายน้ําผู้ใหญ่ต้องจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียม 10 ปอนด์ นอกจากนั้นโรงแรมยังอยู่ใกล้ร้านค้า/มอเตอร์เวย์ในท้องถิ่นอีกด้วย

พักหนึ่งคืนเพื่อทําธุรกิจ ห้องพักเป็นห้องที่ปรับแต่งพื้นที่เหลือเฟือ อย่างไรก็ตามเตียงและหมอนฉันพบว่าอึดอัดมาก หนึ่งในคืนที่แย่ที่สุดที่ฉันเคยนอนมาเป็นเวลานาน พนักงานต้อนรับ/บาร์ช่วยเหลือดีมาก ความสะอาดอยู่ในจุดทั่วทั้งโรงแรม

We had a 1 issue which wasn’t the hotels fault when I spoke to the receptionist they sorted it straight away will definitely be booking again

I have stayed here a few times and in general had a pleasant stay. I booked last minute for a Saturday night and I was very disappointed to find a party going on until 12.00. T he music was pretty loud and I had booked a double but was given a twin. I feel that when booking I should have been told there was a disco on and I could have booked elsewhere. On a positive note I appreciate the free parking.

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.
