I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.

The Highlights: Kid-Approved: The pool area with the slide was a massive hit—my kids (3, 9, & 11) couldn't get enough of it. Beachside Bliss: The location is perfect, with easy access to a beautiful, clean beach that we really enjoyed. Nightly Entertainment: The fire show for hotel guests was a fantastic surprise and a great way to end the day. Top-Tier Service: A huge shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Breakfast Win: The breakfast spread was seriously good! Pro-Tip for Guests: The breakfast buffet gets very busy during peak hours, and you might have to wait for a table. My advice: plan your timing to head down a bit earlier to beat the rush and secure your spot comfortably.

Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a short escape from the city. The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect.

We love almost all about this room. All is good and comfortable. But they don't provide a dental kit also there's only shower gel in the toilet, no shampoo. The shower gel bottle need to change, so hard to pump. My room is TA 09-12. I will stay again when i visit Kuantan.

Overall, the place is attractive and the sea view is very nice. The unit itself was generally comfortable and everything was in order. However, the main downside is that it was extremely crowded. The pool was overly packed, which made it less enjoyable, especially for families with children. One serious issue we faced was with the iron provided. It appears to be faulty and needs replacement. Unfortunately, it left burn marks on my child’s clothes, which was quite disappointing. In summary, the location and view are great, but management should look into crowd control and ensure basic appliances like irons are properly maintained.
