Our journey here was quite an adventure. We had no internet connection on the way and got lost while transferring buses in Buchs SG, which meant we wouldn't arrive until after 10 PM. We called the hotel in a panic to ask if they could wait for us past their regular reception hours, and the staff politely and graciously agreed without hesitation. When we finally arrived, the front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the late hour, they took the time to meticulously introduce the best local attractions and gave us wonderful, tailored recommendations based on the length of our stay. As a massive bonus, they even provided us with a complimentary transit pass that allows free bus travel across the entire country! Between the kind locals who helped us on our way and the outstanding service at this hotel, our stressful travel night turned into a fantastic start to our trip. Highly recommended, 10/10 service!

Quick check-in, clean, great location. I got a discounted rate and was very happy to spend a few days here during my short trip. Highly recommend.
