I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Big comfortable beds so can rest well before flight. We booked here due to flight cancellation and since I was travelling alone with a toddler, I needed somewhere I could easily reach without stressing about luggage. The airport is perfectly located for an easy commute. However, I was asked what time I was expected to leave the next day and said 6:30am, without realising that meant at 6:30 on the dot the housekeeper would be banging on my door to clean the room. They even came back a second time. This woke my son who I was trying to keep asleep until I was ready to leave the room. They I was had vacated the room by 6:45 but check out was 12pm so I don’t understand why I was being pushed out at that time. I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout but they simply said it was a problem with the two systems they use. However, if you’re asking people what time they will checkout as you want the rooms back sooner, perhaps it’s best to check they have actually checked out before sending up housekeeping.

โรงแรมสวยและเล็ก แต่โรงแรมยุโรปทำ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าราคา 12 ปอนด์และนั่งแท็กซี่ 15 นาทีจากใจกลางเมืองสหราชอาณาจักร เพียงขอความช่วยเหลือจากแผนกต้อนรับ คุณไม่สามารถขึ้นรถบัสหรือเดินได้เพราะประตูโรงแรมเป็นช่องจราจรที่ไม่มีคนเดินถนนซึ่งอันตรายมาก ย้อนกลับไปที่งานรับปริญญา โรงแรมในเมืองมีคนจองเต็มหรือแพงเกินไป ก็เลยตั้งให้ไกลหน่อย ไม่ไกลเป็นมุมที่ดินใหม่ วิวสวยสุดๆ ขับรถไปได้เลยภายใน 5 นาที

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Gatwick Holiday Inn. It was certainly convenient to the airport, however, a bit of a distance for us to reach London city limits. The rooms were very nice and clean. The restaurant was especially good with the buffet that served some wonderful breakfast choices. Thank you.

Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free! The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

love it hotel, very convenient as there's any shop nearby just walk within few minutes. Breakfast is good and delicious and definite will choose this hotel again.

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)
