Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant. 3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement. 4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied. 5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response. 6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

Amazing welcoming staff behaviour throughout the whole stay. Hotel exterior and amenities are up to the mark. There restaurant is full of delicious dishes to explore from.

Nice hotel, alright breakfast buffet. Complimentary water bottle up to a litre a day. Ask the room service for free water. Beautiful pool area. Not very lively though.

We had an excellent stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. We traveled as a family of 7, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which really stood out to us. The beach access was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the food—there was a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Traveling with a larger group can sometimes be challenging, but the resort handled everything very well, making our vacation stress-free and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar, especially families.

Nice hotel, standard and service is top notch. Room is clean and comfy. Good breakfast spread. There’s also adequate gym facilities, spa and nice rooftop restaurant serving good food with a nice view and reasonable pricing. There is night market in front of the hotel. Nearby there is good restaurant.

Our stay at The Peninsula was exceptional. The amenities were complete and the staff were accommodating. The diversity of choices in the breakfast buffet was also amazing. I look forward to staying in it again in the future.

good hotel, new, clean , hotel management is helpful, i will choose again. need to fix some issues though. price is good for the service

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

จองห้องพักวิวทะเลไว้ค่ะ แต่ตอนแรกได้ห้องที่มีต้นไม้บังวิวเยอะเลย พอแจ้งไปก็ได้เปลี่ยนห้องเป็นห้องที่สามถึงจะดีขึ้นมาหน่อย แถมในออเดอร์ก็น่าจะมีอาหารเช้าด้วย แต่ระบบภายในของโรงแรมกลับขึ้นว่าไม่มี โชคดีที่ปัญหาเหล่านี้ได้รับการแก้ไขหมด พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ เพียงแต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า และในห้องมีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อย
