We love our stay here. Just 10 mins to the beach. Hotel is clean and equipped with all you needs. We love the shampoo it smells so good!
Definitely will stay again .
The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect
We stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks.
Rooms & Amenities:
The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene.
Staff & Service:
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Facilities & Atmosphere:
The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing!
Other Notes:
The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place.
Food:
The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall Value:
The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.
Lovely one night stay at this hotel, was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent stay in Hilton hotel Bournemouth while celebrating my wedding anniversary.
I had spoken with the reception staff and specifically requested special anniversary arrangements in the room, including petals and swans. The staff confirmed that these arrangements would be made, and I clearly provided the timing as well. At the agreed time, my wife and I left the room to go swimming so the surprise could be prepared. However, when we returned, there was nothing arranged in the room at all. This was extremely disappointing, as it was meant to be a special surprise for our anniversary.
In addition, I had brought a cake with me and had already shown it to the staff along with the candles. I requested a simple matchbox so I could light the candles, but even this could not be arranged. This further added to my frustration and disappointment with the service.
Furthermore, upon checking in on 24th December and entering the room, I noticed that several basic amenities were missing, including room slippers, bathrobes, and toothpaste. I had to request these items multiple times and eventually had to go to the reception in person to remind them. Only after doing so were the items finally sent to the room.
Overall, this experience fell well below expectations, especially given the importance of the occasion we were celebrating. I was genuinely upset by the lack of attention to detail and poor coordination from the staff.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better service for future.
Kind regards
We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch.
We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda.
Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want.
We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch.
From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

ผผู้เข้าพักStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.
ผผู้เข้าพักEvery time I am in Bournemouth we try and stay at the Hampton. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the breakfast is well cooked and presented. The check was smooth, the parking facilities are brilliant and only cost £13.50 a day which is reasonable if you are staying in a hotel. You are minutes away from the various shops and restaurants. The seafront is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. One thing to bear in mind you a climbing a steep hill to get to the Hampton. The Hilton is just next to it but the climb is not as steep. The rooms were clean and fresh the shower was powerful, the beds were nice to sleep on and the pillows were nice and soft. Had a very good sleep both nights.
