The place is family friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy. Its cold at night so you guys should bring a jacket ✌️The view from above is breath taking. They have 4 types of pools with an infinity view of the city of cagayan. They have a play area in the poll for the kids. My kiddos like it the most. It was a fun experience. The room is big and it has a balcony. Thank you.

The ambiance of the place is lively and vibrant, with tasty welcome drinks and a superb bar. However, there were two experiences that required attention from the management for improvement. Firstly, after checking in, we found that there were no towels available in our room. We requested some from the front desk, but they were still not delivered by the time we returned from dinner, necessitating another follow-up. Secondly, after we had transferred to another resort, my husband realized he had left his charger at Unwind. Despite calling the hotel's mobile number, we were unable to reach anyone, so we decided to drive back (a 26km journey) to retrieve it. Unfortunately, when my husband inquired about the charger, he was informed that housekeeping had not found it. We are certain that it's the only place where we left the charger because we still used it in the evening. We just forgot to unplug it when we checked out and transferred to another resort.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word. The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam. I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

My family, especially the kids, loved everything about our stay at SEDA Hotel. Service is top notch. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and delicious. Pool on our first day wasn't available due to repairs but was done the next day.

Очень понравилось это место! Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации — отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость и тёплое отношение. Завтраки были очень вкусные, а еда в столовой — недорогая и качественная, поэтому почти всегда питались именно там. Также удобно, что всё находится рядом. Из минусов — на всей территории отеля не работал Wi-Fi, поэтому приходилось пользоваться своими сим-картами. В остальном отдых оставил только приятные впечатления)) спасибо

Nouveau is one of the best hotels I’ve been in the Philippines in terms of value. This is truly a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are big, functional and nice equipped and decorated. The facilities are good and the whole property is very well maintained and elegant. The swimming pool is nicely designed for swimming and for relaxing. Game room with billiard, ping pong… decent gym. And the food has also quite high standards. And last but not least, the staff. Very professional, efficient and friendly. The GM, Mr. Jerome De La Fuente, is very much hands on, ready to help and assist. Definitely this is a hotel to be recommended and promoted. Our staying at Nouveau made our Camiguin unforgettable.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable environment. Our first room had issues with the AC, but the staff promptly addressed the problem by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. The location, however, is not very convenient as it is a bit far from the city center. Dining options nearby are limited, with no decent restaurants within walking distance. On the positive side, motorbike and car rentals are available, and the companies will deliver the vehicles directly to the hotel. The staff also assist in contacting these rental providers.

Simple hotel in Monbajao. Spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning.Basic comfort. Breakfast is not included, but it is close enough to the downtown. The restaurant of the hotel does not provide dinner so if you arrive late from the ferry, you will have to find an alternative. Most restaurants close around 9pm, except Jollybee which stays open till 11pm. The hotel gets noisy early morning when all the roosters of the neighborhood start waking up.
