Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

ที่ตั้งดีมาก สามารถเดินไปยังสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน 2 แห่งและพิพิธภัณฑ์ลูฟร์ได้ มีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน มีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กอยู่ใต้ตู้วางทีวีซึ่งช่วยทำให้ลูกฟิกและลูกพีชสดได้ดี พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและสุภาพโดยทักทายเราทุกเช้า ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง

hôtel charmant et élégant, excellent service à la piscine avec champagne froid et autres boissons, eau de la piscine à température idéale et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant (meilleur escargot que nous ayons jamais mangé) Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel (surtout à l'arrivée où la dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et efficace) tout le personnel qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bonne humeur dans tous les espaces de l'hôtel !

Hotel molto carino in pieno centro città. Timothee é super gentile. Camere un pó datate e da rivedere il riscaldamento, perché poco efficiente Colazione ok, parcheggio Marecheux con accesso diretto all'hotel con ottimi prezzi

Strasbourg at Christmas is a great place to visit, and Hotel Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France was a great place to stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms, with superb staff who made sure we were welcomed and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely excellent and really set us up for a day of exploring this beautiful city, and the hotel’s location just a short walk from the railway station and then a lovely amble through the lanes to the city centre and its gorgeous Christmas markets was perfect. I definitely would wish to stay here again 👍
