De locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.

Tried to order room service. The service was bad and kept telling me nothing was available except for Fries. I then ordered fries but it never delivered. The network was bad, so I couldn't connect to the internet in the room.

Zeer goed hotel. Goed geslapen. Wel wat weinig Belgische posten op de TV. Zeer beperkt aanbod.
Ter plaatse iets gegeten. Zeer lekker, doch wel vrij duur.

alles was ok wij hebben daar nog nooit iets onaangenaam ervaren .
daar heb je werkelijk alles bij de hand als je het hotel buiten komt in deze locatie.

Hotel in het hartje van Mechelen. Kamer is ruim van opzet, zelfs met een kind erbij voldoende ruimte. Badkamer met bad en douche mét voldoende waterdruk. Fijne fitnessruimte en Xbox in de lounge ruimte. Vriendelijk personeel! Ontbijtje prima in orde. Lekker geslapen, geen geluidsoverlast van de gang of de straat. T****e keer dat we hier verbleven, een aanrader. Parkeren in het centrum wel duur, 10 minuten lopen is Q park Bruul, dit scheelt 10 euro per dag.

Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

ผผู้เข้าพักOverall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

TTamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is reasonably comfortable, the service friendly and helpful and the beds are quite good, really. However, there are just too many services that I would expect from a hotel in this price category which were missing, or come with an extra charge. Most importantly, the access to the spa is an extra fee, a bottle of water costs extra... That the bathroom wasn't very well cleaned (hair from previous occupants all over the place!) was probably a fluke, but still should not happen in a hotel in this price range. On the other hand, the proximity to the train station, a short walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants nearby speak for the hotel (this also allows to give the rather overpriced breakfast a pass) speak for the place. All in all: a very mixed experience. I would probably still look for a different place net time I go to Antwerp.

ผผู้เข้าพักSuper stylish hostel. Loved the large lobby where you could get work done with good music. The free coffee was great.
The rooms were clean and secure. Slept very comfortably.
Suggestions:
Upgrade the gym equipment. Some of the machines don’t work and some of the weights don’t fit the dumbbells. Even a pair of adjustable dumbbells would be a huge upgrade.
I understand the lobby closes at 11, but it would be nice to simply close the service but allow the space to be used for late night work.
