During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

We booked two rooms. When one of the rooms, the AC was not cold, called the receptionist, and was responded to well. An hour later, the room was cold again. Breakfast is quite varied.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel within 2 months. the location is great, near the highway. great service in clean room. Their pub in the top floor has beautiful views, we enjoyed much in there. definitely will come back again next time.

The TV is terrible for most of the channels. When I complained, the staff said this is the best. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly.

Kamar deluxe ada di lantai 2 bangunan seperti rumah di cluster dg naik tangga biasa. Saya dapat kamar paling ujung no 256 . Pulang malam gelap sekali agak menyeramkan Krn banyak pohon-pohon besar dan lampu penerangannya kurang terang. Samping bath up tidak ada pembatas kaca sehingga kl mandi air nyebar bisa kena handuk jg lantai jadi basah dimana mana

Nice room with the great price, great location but wall is so thin you can hear other guest room talking. I complained this via wa but they not respond

Perfect for families — the room is spacious and clean, ideal for bringing a baby. The service is also great, even when we requested additional cleaning after our baby's complementary food (MPASI) got messy and spilled on the floor. The price is also quite satisfying. Keep up the good work!

Sudah 2x nginep disini. Karena sy suka sm sm view nya. Trs jg keadaane tenang. Ngga berisik. Makanan enakkkk bgt. Pilihane buanyak. Cuma syg nya di kmr ada sajadah, ada al quran. Hrse di lengkapi sm mukenah. Sm lampu kmrku mati 1. Cm aku ngga komplen krn ku pkir ngga terllu redup jg sih. Msh agak terang. Pelayanan ramah semua. Tambahannya sbaiknya kmr dan toilet diksh pengharum ruangan ala² bali gitu. Biar tmbh syeger. Sama lorong kamar lampunya di terangin lg. Sy bw bayi 3 bln mau jln² malam mager keluar kmr krn loronge agak gelap. Laine sih ga ada mslh. Dan terimakasih byk. Next nginep lg disiniiiii
