โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในเวสตราเยอตาลันด์ สวีเดน

เราพักห้อง 803 วิวสวยมาก และมองเห็นท่าเรือด้วย ห้องพักสะอาดมาก และอาหารเช้าก็อุดมสมบูรณ์มาก ราคาคุ้มค่าเงิน ส่วนตัวคิดว่าที่ตั้งดีคะ เพราะสามารถนั่งเรือไปเที่ยวเมืองเก่าฝั่งตรงข้ามได้

We had great time at the Gothia Towers. The dinner in Heaven 23 with sunset view was the highlight. Easy access from and to the airport with regular bus stopping only 150m from the Hotel. Would stay here again👌.

ข้อดี โรงแรมสวย ห้องพักสวย บริการได้มาตรฐานสูงมาก พนักงานได้รับการฝึกฝนด้านการบริการมาเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานมีความเป็นมืออาชีพ เป็นมิตร และให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ขอชื่นชมวิคตอเรียที่ต้อนรับเราเมื่อมาถึงและทำให้ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น เธอยังให้เราเข้าพักก่อนเวลาเช็คอินปกติเพราะห้องพักของเราพร้อมก่อนเวลาด้วย เตียงนอนสบายมาก แสงไฟสวยงาม พื้นที่กว้างขวาง มีโซฟาและโต๊ะเล็กๆ สองสามตัว ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบในสถานีรถไฟกลาง อยู่ชั้น 1 และ 2 คุณสามารถเดินจากทางเดินของโรงแรมลงไปชั้นล่างได้เลย (จริงๆ แล้วอย่าทำแบบนั้นเลย ใช้ลิฟต์หรือบันไดเลื่อนดีกว่า เหมือนคนปกติทั่วไป) ห้องพักไม่เสียงดังเลยแม้จะอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟ ห้องเก็บเสียงออกแบบมาได้ดีมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเยี่ยมมาก มีตัวเลือกหลากหลาย แม้แต่สำหรับครอบครัวของฉันที่ทานอาหารฮาลาลเท่านั้น ก็มีอาหารมังสวิรัติและอาหารที่เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ทานไข่ด้วย บริการรับฝากสัมภาระฟรี ก่อนเช็คอินหรือหลังเช็คเอาท์ เพื่อช่วยให้คุณเพลิดเพลินกับเมืองโกเธนเบิร์กโดยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องสัมภาระหนักๆ ของคุณ นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องซาวน่าและฟิตเนสให้บริการแก่ผู้เข้าพัก ข้อเสีย ไม่มีเลยจริงๆ สำหรับราคาแล้ว ฉันคิดว่าโรงแรมนี้สมบูรณ์แบบ

We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Åby Hotel for a week, and the experience was… mixed. There were a few things that worked, but also enough frustrations that I eventually decided to move on to the other hotel in the neighborhood. The breakfast was fair—not terrible, but not something I looked forward to either. To be honest, if there had been a “no breakfast” option, I would have chosen it. It felt more like something to get through than enjoy. The gym, on paper, looked impressive. It’s really big, which initially felt promising. Unfortunately, it was almost always packed in the evening from 6pm onwards. On top of that, there seemed to be a habit among local guests of standing around chatting and unintentionally blocking the equipment. As a hotel guest just wanting a proper workout, the whole gym experience ended up being quite frustrating and disappointing. The view from my room didn’t help much either—it looked straight onto the front of the race course, which was honestly quite boring and added nothing to the stay. After a week here, I decided to move to Scandic Mölndal, and the difference was noticeable right away. The fitness facilities there were much better suited for actual use, and the overall hotel environment felt calmer and more relaxing. Looking back, Best Western Plus Åby Hotel wasn’t a terrible stay, but it simply wasn’t the right fit for what I was looking for at the time.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่และสะอาด ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย บริกรมีความอบอุ่นและสุภาพ อาหารเช้ามากมาย สมบูรณ์แบบในทุกด้าน มีเพียงสิ่งเดียวที่ต้องปรับปรุง ห้องน้ำใช้รังสีอินฟราเรดเพื่อติดตามการเคลื่อนไหวของมนุษย์และเปิดไฟโดยอัตโนมัติ แต่การตั้งเวลาไม่สมเหตุสมผลนัก เวลาคนอาบน้ำก็จะปิดไฟเมื่อถึงเวลาทำให้ห้องอาบน้ำมืด ต้องกดเปิดฉากกั้นอาบน้ำแล้วโบกมือให้ไฟกลับมา ทำซ้ำขั้นตอนนี้สองหรือสามครั้งเพื่ออาบน้ำ

Really friendly staff who made the check in process smooth.They were also helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do in Gothenburg. Breakfast selection was good as well.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม รถรับส่งสนามบินวิ่งตรงไปยังสถานีรถไฟ และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ (รถประจำทางและรถราง) สะดวกมาก มีห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่ชั้นล่างและร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่ใกล้ๆ เราไปพักในช่วงเทศกาลวัฒนธรรมโกเธนเบิร์กพอดี จึงคึกคักมาก สิ่งหนึ่งที่ควรทราบคือ การทำความสะอาดห้องต้องจองล่วงหน้าหนึ่งวันผ่านรหัส QR ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก เราพักสี่คืน และในวันที่สอง เราแจ้งด้วยวาจาว่าห้องยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ในวันที่สาม เราสามารถจองได้เฉพาะคืนที่สี่ผ่านรหัส QR เท่านั้น ในวันที่สี่ พนักงานเข้ามาในห้อง แต่เพื่อนร่วมงานของเรากำลังทำงานอยู่และปิดประตูแล้วก็ออกไป ห้องจึงยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด! โรงแรมดูเหมือนจะเก่าไปหน่อย พรมในลิฟต์มีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ เราเช็คเอาท์เวลา 2:45 น. ในวันสุดท้าย เราแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับล่วงหน้า และพวกเขาก็จัดอาหารเช้าให้ก่อนเวลา ซึ่งดีมาก! โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค

Breakfast: buffet style, good. Wish there were more kinds of fruit available. Room: size is ok for 1 person, the bed is quite big. Hair dryer, hangers provided. No kettles can be borrowed and you can only get hot water at the front desk. Staff: i arrived a bit early but the staff let me check in early. nice and helpful Others: there’s a gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi too. Close to a bus stop.

The staff working on the weekend were super nice and helpful, and I’ve stayed here many, many times, always so nice & such a lovely boutique place to stay with many awesome things to like. On the day I checked out oh my god, where did this girl suddenly come from? Little wanna be Swedish police officer banging on my door trying to get in. Ok i fell asleep after breakfast? So what. Even after i checked out & and was just having a coffee in the lobby, she came again in my face demanding to know if i had checked out? She was just rude, unprofessional, behavior was unbelievable. Really ruined my experience at the nice hotel Pigalle. Actually, I don’t accept people thinking they are better than everyone else & they think that they can just talk to people like they are a piece of crap. Therefore, sadly, I don’t think I will ever stay here ever again.. Sorry but..
