L'hôtel est excentré et se trouve à environ 2km 2.5km des sites les plus proche a visiter. La majorité de la clientèle est constituée de groupes qui ont leur bus pour se déplacer. Pour les voyageurs solo L'hôtel peut vous louer un scooter. 200.000vnd/jour. Le taxi pour l'aéroport coûte 60.000vnd. L'hôtel est plutôt vieillot et les fournitures/moquettes ont pas mal souffert. La literie est horriblement inconfortable et indigne d'un établissement de ce prix. J'ai changé de chambre. Le lit de la 2ème était neuf mais toujours aussi inconfortable ! L'insonorisation est inexistante. Il n'y a pas de peignoirs ni de coffre dans toutes les chambres. Réponse : nous n'en avons pas assez !!!! La piscine n'est pas très propre et il n'y à aucune chaise longue. Juste 2 petits bancs en béton. Pas de serviette non plus. Les points positifs : le wifi est bon le buffet du petit-déjeuner aussi le room service est bon et le personnel est extraordinaire. En résumé : Emplacement 2/10 Confort 0/10 Propreté 6/10 Petit déjeuner 8/10 Personnel 20/10

The staff seemed unfamiliar with online bookings, but kindly let me into the room early. The room was very comfortable, and a good size, and everything worked - hair dryer, kettle, wifi, air con etc. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat around the town, the location is really convenient for the sights as well as shops and restaurants. On departure, although the booking was pre-paid, reception asked me to pay, and struggled to check the booking details.

What a gem! My room with balcony had a superb 180 degree view of wide expanses of luminously green paddies (September), framed by parts of downtown Dien Bien Phu and infamous Hill A1 (30+ minutes walk away) and the surrounding mountains/hills.  The room was  equipped/decorated with lots of imagination and attention to detail. The soul of everything is the charming owner/manager Hien, very knowledgeable and helpful. Last not least, her cooking is excellent!

Nice new hotel, clean and large rooms. Nice view on the runway. Good sleep, nice bed. Overall satisfactory. The breakfast was varied, but limited international foods available. As there weren’t many people in the hotel, the food looked a bit stale in the buffet. The staff’s friendliness is hit-and-miss. Some of them are genuinely nice, others seem to not want to deal with you. Overall, good hotel for your stay at Dien Bien!

เห็นได้ชัดว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในเมือง ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางของจัตุรัสหลักและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมดใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาที มีร้านกาแฟหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง หายากสําหรับเมือง ซ่อมใหม่ ท่อใหม่ มีน้ําร้อนแรงแรงดี เครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้อย่างลงตัว พนักงานช่วยสั่งแท็กซี่ไปสนามบิน ( Grab ไม่ได้ทํางานในเมืองนี้) จากข้อเสีย - ที่นอนจะเปลี่ยนเป็นโพลีเอทีลีนและโบสถ์ ไม่มีผ้าห่มบนเตียง (ถ่ายจากตู้เสื้อผ้าไม่มี sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-
