"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶
I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

ผผู้เข้าพักSecond time here and we were able to really enjoy the amenities this time. The beach, swimming pool, bowling, billards, badminton, even soft archery, enjoyed by everyone from our youngest (9y/o) to our seniors (77y/o). All the staff were amazingly helpful. Would definitely recommend.

JjanvittorioDuring our recent trip, we booked a stay at a hotel that, for the most part, delivered a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained—everything we look for when choosing accommodation. By all usual standards, this would have been a solid, trouble-free stay that we would happily recommend to friends and family. However, there was one major catch that set this hotel apart from every other place we have ever stayed in, and it left us feeling frustrated and confused: their strict policy regarding linens and security deposits.
In all the hotels, resorts, and guesthouses we have visited over the years, the standard rule has always been simple: treat the property with respect, avoid intentional damage, and you will get your full security deposit back upon checking out. Minor spills, accidental marks from daily use, or small stains that come naturally with staying in a room are almost always considered part of regular wear and tear. Housekeeping teams handle cleaning these as part of their daily duties, and deposits are rarely held unless there is significant damage, broken furniture, or missing items. This is the industry norm we have come to expect, and it makes traveling stress-free.
This hotel operates very differently. Their policy states clearly that guests must take extreme care of all linens—including bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and even table cloths found in the room. Even small, accidental stains from food, drinks, cosmetics, or dirt are not accepted. If any linen is marked, stained, or appears to have been used in a way they consider improper, the management reserves the right to keep your entire security deposit.
It felt unfair and overly strict. Unlike other places that charge a reasonable fee for cleaning or replacement if needed, this hotel takes the full amount you set aside as a deposit, regardless of the issue’s size or cost. It felt less like a policy to protect their property and more like an unexpected way to deduct extra charges. The whole situation made what was otherwise a nice stay feel sour and disappointing. We left feeling like we had to walk on eggshells the whole time, worrying that one small mistake would cost us extra money.
Despite this frustrating experience, we have to admit: aside from this unusual rule, the hotel itself is fine. The location was convenient, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the service was friendly. If you are planning to stay here, just be fully aware of their unique approach to linens and deposits. Read every line of their policy carefully, ask questions upfront, and be extra cautious with every item in the room.
This policy is definitely different from any we have encountered before—we would even call it weird and unnecessary compared to how other hotels operate. It takes away some of the relaxation that comes with traveling. Still, if you are willing to follow their strict rules to the letter, you can still have a comfortable stay. Just make sure you know exactly what you are agreeing to, or you might end up losing your security deposit like we did.

ผผู้เข้าพักI've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel.
I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

CChelley BOverall, we enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways.
Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable. We would still consider staying here again.

CCitingtanThe worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden.
1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds)
2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness.
3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain.
4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.

ผผู้เข้าพักComfortable bed, hot shower, and a nice buffet. 💯 We had a great two days at this hotel. The food at their Emerald Cafë and Kimsuy Chinese restaurant, was excellent. The employees were really kind and helpful. The drawback is that the hotel is two decades old, and some of its components are degrading. Perhaps renovations will restore the hotel's magnificent facade and make it seem like it used to. Over all we appreciate the staff, and the room rate it was very reasonable for a suite.💖

RRyan VezarioFirst time to visit a resort and beach in Batangas, and I must say that Altamare exceeded my expectations. I love the activities you can do, though it is limited, but still worth it. The vibe of being so peaceful and calm, since it is away from the noise, is the best thing of this resort. The services and foods are very good. You just need to be prepared of the stairs, it is very challenging! Overall it was really really good experience.

It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰
