It was ok. It was within budget. It was not bad. You can call cabs and uber to pick you up also close to albrook mall about 12 minutes or less. Nice place to stay

The locación of the hotel is exellent, the metro station just behind the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing!! Veru big, clean and with a wet bar. Overall, everythinv was enormous: from the e trance to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms.
The rooms are very spatious; but everything is rather old. The firniture has seen better days and the bathroom really needs a renovation. But hey, what more can one expect for the small amount we paid! The beds were very comfy.
The only downpoint was the staff. Nobody seemed to be interested in our wellbeing, almost rude, which was a shame.
But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, spending 3 lovely days at their enormous pool.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

If you need to layover at Panama Tocumen and want to keep close to the airport in a hotel with airport transfer , you have a choice of 2 sizeable hotels at similar prices . Riande is by far the better hotel - room & bed , food , service and best of all a beautiful outdoor swimming pool . Free airport transfer .back yo terminal every hour . About $10 - $12 Uber from terminal to hotel - 5/10 minute trip .

Mi sono trovato bene presso hotel tower house suites, camera ampia, letto principale comodo, personale cordiale. Ottima posizione. Veramente ottimo se paragonato al prezzo. Se proprio dovessi lamentarmi di qualcosa la qualità dei prodotti per lavarsi e l’aria condizionata che puntava dritta sul letto.

This is a great hotel, especially for the price. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, the rooms are large and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in Panama. Located in a very walkable area of the city, within 10 minutes walking from anything you need. At one point the button to the 12th floor in the elevator stopped working, I had to go to the 13th and walk down. Not a big problem but a little annoying.

The hotel location is very good , very close to the main places in the city , so is easy to move around . The hotel room is ok , is big and spacious and the furniture is new . The hotel decoration is alright just like a normal holiday inn hotel , looks more for a business trip . It has a nice swimming pool on the top of the building too . The only problem I saw is that because of eco friendly tiles there are no water bottles at the room , there is free water tanks and the lobby so to drink you need to drink at the lobby , or take water from outside the hotel , but there are no shops close to the hotel , so you need to pay a higher price for the hotel vending machine or just drink water at lobby , I was thirsty the whole stay haha .
But I recommend it for business people

The buffet was ok, but we had a problem with one payment by credit card. The buffet and drink showed as paid on my friend's application, but the hotel said the payment was declined. They will get in touch with my friend since the issue is not closed.

ทุกอย่างดีมาก ตั้งอยู่ในย่าน Cangrejo ซึ่งเป็นย่านที่ปลอดภัยมาก ข้างๆ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ****** ร้านค้าและร้านอาหารมากมาย และสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ห้องเงียบสงบพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศ สระว่ายน้ำและอ่างจากุซซี่มีน้ำอุ่น ถ้าไม่ร้อนมาก อาบน้ำก็จะหนาว บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้ามีขนาดเล็กมาก มีความหลากหลายน้อย และเหมือนเดิมเสมอ สำหรับทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างที่สมบูรณ์แบบ

Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.
Other than that the facility was nice
I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person. I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person
It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar.
I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

ผผู้เข้าพักSoggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore.
Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien.
Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

OOren KristalI've been traveling often to Panama, and Decapolis Hotel has been one of my favorites for years now.
A shopping mall upfront with many outlet shops of big brands and the Pattilla Hospital just meters away (in case of any medical issues).
A friendly and professional staff, a very good breakfast, a Great SPA with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and fantastic treatments, outdoor pool, and gym on the same floor.
Big spacious rooms ( We were upgraded to a Junior suite this time, courtesy of the management)
A very easy access to all neighborhoods, districts, and routes in Panama.
