It was ok. It was within budget. It was not bad. You can call cabs and uber to pick you up also close to albrook mall about 12 minutes or less. Nice place to stay

The locación of the hotel is exellent, the metro station just behind the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing!! Veru big, clean and with a wet bar. Overall, everythinv was enormous: from the e trance to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. The rooms are very spatious; but everything is rather old. The firniture has seen better days and the bathroom really needs a renovation. But hey, what more can one expect for the small amount we paid! The beds were very comfy. The only downpoint was the staff. Nobody seemed to be interested in our wellbeing, almost rude, which was a shame. But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, spending 3 lovely days at their enormous pool.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

Mi sono trovato bene presso hotel tower house suites, camera ampia, letto principale comodo, personale cordiale. Ottima posizione. Veramente ottimo se paragonato al prezzo. Se proprio dovessi lamentarmi di qualcosa la qualità dei prodotti per lavarsi e l’aria condizionata che puntava dritta sul letto.

The hotel is close to a main street with shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a subway station, hence very convenient. The room is spacious There is a gym too. The only thing i want to comment is it only offers 2 free bottles of water to guests the first day. After the first day, no more free water.

This is a great hotel, especially for the price. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, the rooms are large and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in Panama. Located in a very walkable area of the city, within 10 minutes walking from anything you need. At one point the button to the 12th floor in the elevator stopped working, I had to go to the 13th and walk down. Not a big problem but a little annoying.

The hotel location is very good , very close to the main places in the city , so is easy to move around . The hotel room is ok , is big and spacious and the furniture is new . The hotel decoration is alright just like a normal holiday inn hotel , looks more for a business trip . It has a nice swimming pool on the top of the building too . The only problem I saw is that because of eco friendly tiles there are no water bottles at the room , there is free water tanks and the lobby so to drink you need to drink at the lobby , or take water from outside the hotel , but there are no shops close to the hotel , so you need to pay a higher price for the hotel vending machine or just drink water at lobby , I was thirsty the whole stay haha . But I recommend it for business people
