พนักงานทุกคนให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นกันเองและร่าเริงมาก บริเวณล็อบบี้มีพนักงานที่ดีและมีที่นั่งมากมายในขณะที่คุณรอแท็กซี่หรือรถสามล้อ ยิมมีขนาดเล็กสระว่ายน้ําเล็กและพื้นที่ร้านอาหารและบาร์มีขนาดที่ดีให้บริการอาหารอร่อย น่าเสียดายที่อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังถ้าคุณมาทานอาหารช้ากว่า 0930 ..คุณสามารถทานอาหารเช้าตามสั่ง ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเพิ่มเติมที่ดี เตารีด โต๊ะรีด ตู้นิรภัย รองเท้าแตะและชุดผ้าคลุม ชากาแฟและน้ํา พื้นที่ครัวพร้อมตู้เย็นและจานร้อน ห้องน้ํามีขนาดกําลังดีพร้อมอุปกรณ์อาบน้ําเสริม ฝักบัวมีน้ําร้อนที่ดี ฉันจะพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง..

Overall, my stay was positive. The location is very convenient, and the airport pickup experience was smooth—the driver was especially helpful. Areas for improvement: Check-in consistency: I noticed some inconsistency in how guests were treated during check-in, with foreign visitors receiving more attentive service than locals. Food quality: The taste of some dishes, such as the nachos with cheese, could be improved.

If you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

I really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.  Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.  The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this. For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

My current favorite as of this moment. One suggestion is that I hope they will clean their pool. Nonetheless, we had a great experience!!

Quest Hotel is always are go-to hotel for the Clark area. My husband and I join triathlons and duathlons in the Clark area, and Quest Hotel is always located closest to the race starts and finish, so its very convenient to check in there, especially when we re traveling with our toddlers. There is a play area located in the hotel, apart from the swimming pool, so our girls have choices for what they can do while waiting. The hotel staff are always very friendly and accommodating as well, there was transportation available to take us from the hotel entrance to the Clark Parade Grounds area, since it was raining during our entire stay. We just noticed that this time around, staff were alittle slower than usual, probably because the hotel was full, but the staff tried their best to accommodate all requests for their guests, so we're still very thankful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my child and chose a beachfront room. Overall, it was a good experience — easy access to the beach, spacious room, and fast internet. Breakfast is not included, so you have to pay extra. I came by public transportation: you can take a jeepney to the main road and walk in, or take a tricycle from the city for about 250 pesos. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was security on-site One downside is that there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so dining options are a bit limited. .

The hotel is pleasantly unique in many ways but what we enjoyed most is the free videoke for an hour. The buffet breakfast have few but very good choices of food.
