Quite an old school hotel, but nothing less for a 3-star hotel. Overall still ok, but sometimes can be hard to get a parking spot around the hotel as it's public parking.

I stayed at Kingwood Hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view of the Rajang River which I absolutely loved it. The service was very good, and I appreciated the convenient parking as well as the swimming pool facilities. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. During my 5 nights stay, the food options were mostly the same, alternating between days, which became repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the river view and good service.

I had a great stay at RH Hotel Sibu. The room was quite spacious for Melacca. Location is very convenient as it was near to city. I will surely comeback and highly recommend to my friends.

The resort is too old which need to have a major renovation. It has been there for more than 30 years without now any upgrade. Most facilities are old and run down.  The Hilltop room is too far from the beach which is not convinence for senior people. Breakfast buffet is over charged and not value for money but their service is quite good and friendly especially two ladies work at Egg/noodle section. Should offer ala carte for those not wish to have buffet. Not much activities at the resort apart from enjoy the beach view.

Likewise with the other reviews, I did find 2 baby cockroaches in my room as well. Although visually everything looks clean and neat but I think their room was quite dusty as I kept sneezing and itching bit everywhere. Amenities include shampoo, body soap and bar soap, and toothbrush - if you didn't find it in your room, just ask from the front counter. Very polite staff and pretty good location. I'd highly recommend COUNTRY CUISINE for very affordable handmade pastas, the best thing I've had there. OUTRIGHT COFFEE has a 10% collaboration with the hotel and food is not bad, but COUNTRY CUISINE is my favourite go-to.

It's an old hotel, but opposite it has place to eat. The receptionists are very friendly & helpful. The room is okay & clean. Suitable for a short stay.

The staff were welcoming, greeting us with refreshing drinks upon our arrival in the lobby. However, I was disappointed to find that we were assigned a room facing the kids swimming pool, lacking the promised sea view that was stated in my reservation. Apart from this, the overall stay was satisfactory.

The hotel is near the city, yet the environment is calm and peaceful. The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. A good place to stay whether for business or leisure.

The room unique, the bad this when booking on trip.com showing children is from 0–17-year-old but when reach the hotel. The reception told us 12 years old above is adult price. End up for RM 240. By no choice then we must accept. The family with big group of people which personally not encourage.

My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu. During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition. Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park. Thanks and continue to improve.
