ห้องพักโอเค ดีพอสำหรับ 1 ท่าน แต่มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ ที่ทางเดินของโรงแรม อาจเป็นเพราะความชื้น 🤧 อาหารเช้าดี มีตัวเลือกไม่มากนักแต่ก็เพียงพอสำหรับเติมพลังให้ร่างกายสำหรับทริป 1 วันรอบเมืองกูชิง ทำเลสามารถเดินไปยังแม่น้ำได้ โดยรวมแล้ว ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งหากคุณกำลังมองหาที่พักราคาประหยัด

a big thank you to Akmal, Gina & the teams for decorating the room for us as it is my partner birthday...well done & appreciate that alot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as this is the second time staying at this hotel in less than 6 months.. Wonderful hospitality.

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก คืนแรกเมื่อเรามาถึง เราได้รับมอบหมายให้ห้องที่เชื่อมต่อกัน และเสียง AC นั้นทนไม่ได้แม้จะปิด หลังจากที่เราขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานก็ให้ห้องอื่นกับเราซึ่งแอร์ก็ปกติ ความสะอาดของห้องอาบน้ําต้องปรับปรุง มีคราบน้ําเยอะ แต่ถ้าไม่จู้จี้จุกจิกก็ไม่ชัดเจน ห้องวิวแม่น้ําดีที่สุดแน่นอน แต่ฉันจะบอกว่าวิวเมืองก็ไม่เลวเช่นกัน สําหรับทางเข้าสระว่ายน้ํา คุณต้องไปที่ปีก Putri ซึ่งไม่ใช่ปีก Astana

Very convenient location to go around. Plenty of local food to choose from. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The car park is located in the basement, but the security is friendly and helpful. Drivers need to get a pass from the front desk to put on the dashboard of the car.

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, offering good value for money. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. The hotel serves a simple yet delicious breakfast. I especially enjoyed the Chinese style dishes. The dining area was also comfortable and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check in was smooth. One minor issue was the room air conditioning was extremely cold and difficult to adjust, so we had to turn it off during our stay. Overall, still a good choice for a comfortable and affordable stay in Miri. Would consider staying here again.

พักที่โรงแรมนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 ถึง 13 มิถุนายน ที่ Puteri Wing ต้องบอกเลยว่าเป็น Wing ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทุกอย่างที่โรงแรมนี้โอเคหมด มีแค่ผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ชำรุดเล็กน้อย เราต้องคอยขอให้แม่บ้านส่งผ้าเช็ดตัวมาให้ตลอด ต่อมาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักก็จัดให้สำหรับผู้เข้าพักเพียงคนเดียว ”ทำไม” ฉันคิดว่าแม่บ้านควรปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดหน่อย นอกจากนั้นก็เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก และต้องขอชื่นชมทีม F&B พนักงานต้อนรับมีมารยาทดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก การพักที่โรงแรมนี้ดีมาก 🏨 ☺️ 👌

Despite being a 50-year old hotel, it's surprisingly well maintained. Toilets are clean and well designed with top quality materials. Rooms are well arranged, good quality mattress and pillows, huge smart TV, and overlooking the river. The hotel is very near the main attraction of Kuching : Kuching Waterfront, a 5mins walking distance. Tons of old style shops and cafes across the road, good FnB selection. Staff are pleasant and professional.

Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! Thank you so much to Rooms Division Manager, Royce Villegas, Concierge and Security Manager Aidil Julaihi, Duty Managers Kendrick, and Mike, the amazing Club Team, Concierge team, Security team for looking after us sooooo well! overall is fine. have to improved on the services. reception give us 20% voucher for dining. the waitress should ask whether we are from the hotel & remind us to use the vouchers before paying bills.
