โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในซาราวัก มาเลเซีย

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเก่า Kuching มีร้านอาหารและร้านกาแฟมากมายอยู่รอบๆ ห่างจากริมแม่น้ำเพียงประมาณ 600 เมตร และคุณสามารถเดินไปรอบๆ บริเวณได้ ห้องพักสะอาดและบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้ามีอาหารท้องถิ่นและขนมปังที่หลากหลาย

The hotel is centrally located and beside the Waterfront. However, the condition of the hotel looked rundown with poor maintenance in the room carpet and bathroom room and also the faulty lift. The level of customer is below average as compared to my previous stay. The management needs to pull up it's socks as the quality of the hotel has deteriorated so much since my last stay.

The hotel provides great basic amenities for me to have a comfortable stay. The location is great, only 2-min walk to the cat statue and then can continue walking along the waterfront. The breakfast buffet spread also decent, i love their fried rice and fresh pineapple and orange juice. The staff also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great service!

Stayed during New Year. Check-in & check-out smooth, room clean and comfortable. River view memang cantik, highlight of the stay. Only downside was breakfast buffet—quite crowded, limited staff, slower refills and had to find/share tables. Hopefully better planning during public holidays in the future.

This hotel is right in front of the famous Kuching landmark - the 7 cats. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The toilet also comes with bidet and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was also good with a decent selection of Sarawak food as well. Nearby Carpenter street too! Overall even though its a little dated it is still a very good choice to stay.

Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.

Both left and right are surrounded by either pub or karaoke lounge. Not recommended if need a peaceful stay & good night sleep. However, it has good basement car parks to ensure safety parking. Hopefully the hotel will do better sound proof to all windows especially all superior rooms.

เราพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว บริการรูมเซอร์วิสและอาหารเช้าที่ร้านอาหารอร่อยมาก และพวกเขายังคำนึงถึงลูกของฉันที่มีความต้องการพิเศษด้วย ขอให้รักษามาตรฐานนี้ไว้ต่อไป! :))) แค่สระว่ายน้ำก็เย็นมากกกกก เราทนไม่ได้เลย ลูกๆ ของเราเป็นไข้หวัดและมีไข้เล็กน้อยด้วย เราหวังจริงๆ ว่าโรงแรม Raia จะปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ได้ เพราะปกติเด็กๆ ทุกคนชอบว่ายน้ำมาก พ่อแม่เลือกโรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำดีๆ เท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้ว เราชอบวันหยุดพักร้อนที่นี่มาก ขอบคุณมาก

ฉันค่อนข้างผิดหวังกับการเข้าพักของฉัน ก่อนเช็คอิน ฉันได้ส่งข้อความทางแชทและโทรไปโดยตรงเพื่อขอตกแต่งห้องฉลองวันครบรอบแบบเรียบง่าย ฉันได้รับคำยืนยันว่าสามารถจัดเตรียมผ้าเช็ดตัวลายหงส์แบบเรียบง่ายได้ แต่เมื่อไปถึงกลับไม่มีการเตรียมอะไรไว้เลย ค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อการเข้าพักครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสพิเศษ นอกจากนี้ ฉันสังเกตเห็นว่าไม่มีกล่องกระดาษทิชชู่ให้ในห้อง และกล่องในห้องน้ำก็ไม่ได้รับการเติมให้ เราต้องใช้แค่กระดาษชำระเท่านั้น ท่อฉีดชำระก็รั่ว พื้นก็เปียก ฉันพยายามติดต่อแผนกต้อนรับและแม่บ้าน แต่โทรศัพท์ในห้องใช้งานไม่ได้เลย ทำให้เราไม่มีช่องทางที่จะสื่อสารความกังวลของเราระหว่างการเข้าพัก ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนว่ามีไว้เพื่อการตกแต่งเท่านั้น สิ่งเหล่านี้อาจดูเหมือนปัญหาเล็กๆ น้อยๆ แต่ในฐานะแขก สิ่งที่ทำให้ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักในโรงแรมน่าจดจำคือรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ และความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ฉันไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรที่หรูหรา แค่ความสะดวกสบายขั้นพื้นฐานและน้ำใจที่ได้รับสัญญาไว้ น่าเสียดาย ครั้งนี้ประสบการณ์ไม่สู้ดีนัก แต่วิวก็สวยงามมาก

Very comfortable hotel to stay. Nearby to all eateries that are cheap and delicious. Every time also stay. Sometime they do allow early check in. The location of gym is at the old wing. Swimming pool is under maintenance. Breakfast is limited yet enough to keep you full.
