ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is clean and pleasant, especially since it's exclusively for grown-ups - no children, so the atmosphere it very quiet. It's at the edge of the hotels area, furthest from the sea shore, but it still is within walking distance (even inn the heat of Eilat). The rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent, the supper is very good, and all in all it was a positive experience. However, special requests made in advance were met with supposedly positive intentions, but with zero implementation. One of us is handicapped, so we asked for a non-slip mat in the shower. They said yes, of course, but never provided it. We also stated in advance we were celebrating a birthday - other hotels usually refer to it in some way (some go as far as cake and balloons) - here another zero. Also, parking space is limited; the only parking available is at a public lot, about a 5-minute walk away, currently on a badly broken and blocked sidewalk. I would have expected a hotel to provide some sort of a solution for a handicapped guest when they know it in advance. Well, expectations... (the manager I spoke to when we checked out promised to send an email with a discount for next time. As usual: positive intentions, zero implementation.)

FFlying visiterHotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room.
The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done.
It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse.
This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group.
Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc.
Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

RRomanThe cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

TThomasI picked this hotel just as a convenient overnight stop halfway between Eilat and Tel Aviv. Little did I know how nice it would turn out to be.The location and overall setup are beautiful. Rooms vary a bit — ours didn’t have a great desert view, but other room types (depending on how they allocate them) apparently offer a full panorama.The real highlight is the pool: an infinity-style pool with an amazing view overlooking the crater. The hotel lobby faces the same direction and is just as impressive.My family was really happy with our one-night stay. They even set up a separate bed for our son in the room. Service was great throughout. Really cool hotel, wish we would have had more time there.

The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night.
The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards.
Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately.
Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel!
Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free.
Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free.
The food was excellent.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The workers were pleasant and polite.
We couldn't ask for more.

ผผู้เข้าพักSix Senses Shaharut is visually unmatched; the rooms,facilities, and pristine, untouched landscape make it the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at.
However, the service and dining drastically missed the mark for a luxury resort. While the tapas bar was amazing, the main chef's restaurant was borderline inedible and poorly cooked, and breakfast was mediocre. The biggest downside, though, was the staff. With a total lack of management and a completely unprofessional attitude, the service unfortunately felt more like a poorly managed youth hostel than a high-end retreat.
