my second stay at this hotel, decent location, A2 just next door, 3mins walk to grand batam mall, si fang yuan dim sum and infinity massage just right opposite, short walking distance to pure, after work and spring massage too, not noisy at night for my room and we got free upgrade to suite during our stay. It was my birthday on last day of my stay with this hotel. come to my surprise that the hotel arrange a cake with candle while i having my bf. Thank you for the warm act to your guest, the birthday song and all the wishes, it make my birthday day even more memorable. thank you for the surprise arrangement, we appreciated it.

Booked here again as I have stayed here before but the 2nd time experience here is not as good as before. During check in I have booked the King size bed but the receptionist inform us that they only have Single size bed available, that is the first thing that annoys us. Secondly I just realize that I have left my passport at the front desk once I am inside my room, I called the receptionist and ask if they have seen any passport but they said NO so I rushly went down to the front desk and ask again and now they said my passport is there. What nonsense is this. The room is also very dusty floor was dirty had to call the receptionist again to ask them to clean the room again for us, The small fridge was also a issue, it was supposed to be cold but the fridge is warm but they quickly changed the fridge to a working one. Probably the last time staying here, please improve on your customer service.

There is a nightclub right beside the hotel to my amazement. Other than this, there's swimming pool, gym and restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are rather old so don't expect it to be in tip top condition, oh and there was small croach crawling out of the toilet loll👀 but interesting outer view nonetheless

At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.

Room was clean upon checking in but noticed there was no laundry bag and we had to ask the receptionist for it. There's no Smart TV but overall its good. There's a bidet in the toilet but the toilet door has no locks.

Booked it for my parents and their friends. Everything is purfect, location, room, facilities. Breakfast is basic (order and pay). Recommended!
