I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

The location is good. It is located near from the Spintex area in the middle of East Legon. However, they always forget putting towels.. almost every day. So it is better to bring your own towels. The Security guy called David was very helpful. Still overall one of the good place to stay but there are a lot of improvements needed.

They gave out already booked rooms because client didn’t check in earlier. But they fixed it after we complained on trip.com

I had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience. Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

had an excellent stay at Canwin . Everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, very well-maintained, and had a modern, comfortable feel. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key areas, making it easy to get around Accra. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Accra, whether for a short or long stay.

1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax. 2. The staff here are extremely good from the security guard to the room service friends! I feel very interested ^^ 3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^ The disadvantages are: 4. For example, a little far from the main road, you need to call Uber. 5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞 6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

I’ve stayed here twice in May, and once again, the experience was excellent. After returning from another city, I needed a place to stay before my flight the next day, and the hosts were incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout. They made my last night in Ghana completely stress-free. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and feels brand new, with great service to match. The rooms are beautiful, I’ve stayed in two different rooms so far, and both were excellent and very comfortable. This will always be my preferred place to stay anytime I’m in Ghana. Thank you, Vida, and the entire team, for the amazing hospitality.
