Расположение отеля прекрасное, номера большие, светлые. Мы отдыхали в октябре и было чуть прохладно внутри, это единственный минус. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа большой, но не очень удобно расположен. Все бани, бассейны - отдельно. Надо идти по коридорам, через холл, что не очень комфортно.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมใหม่มาก บริการโอเค สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบดี ห่างจากชายหาดเพียงไม่กี่ก้าว สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญสามารถเดินไปถึงได้ คุณสามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลได้จากระเบียง และคุณสามารถเห็นน้ําพุดนตรีในตอนกลางคืน ซึ่งโดยทั่วไปดี

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ อยู่ในระยะเดิน 5-15 นาที และทะเลอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 2-3 นาที อย่างไรก็ตาม ที่นี่อยู่ในใจกลางของพื้นที่รีสอร์ท ดังนั้นร้านค้าและร้านกาแฟต่างๆ จึงมีราคาแพงมาก ห้องพักไม่ได้มีขนาด 30 ตารางเมตรตามที่โฆษณาไว้ แต่มีขนาดไม่เกิน 20 ตารางเมตร ห้องพักเล็กมาก ทางที่พักมีแชมพู ครีมนวดผม เจลอาบน้ำ โลชั่น แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน และสบู่ให้ มีการทำความสะอาดทุกวัน รวมถึงผ้าเช็ดตัวด้วย แต่ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่เคยเปลี่ยน ส่วนที่แย่ที่สุดคืออาหารเช้า เป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ คุณภาพระดับสองดาวอย่างมาก กาแฟชงในกระติก! มีแต่ชาดำ และน้ำร้อนก็มาจากกระติกเท่านั้น! อาหารประกอบด้วยไข่ต้ม ไส้กรอก ไข่เจียว (หรือไข่ดาว) พาสต้า แตงกวา มะเขือเทศ พริกหวาน ผักกาดหอม แฮมสไลด์ (ประมาณ 10 ชิ้น และถ้าหมดต้องรอให้พวกเขานำมาเพิ่มหากต้องการ) และชีสคุณภาพต่ำ แค่นั้นเอง! ถ้าคุณไม่เรื่องมากก็คงโอเค แต่บอกเลยว่าคุณภาพไม่ถึงระดับ 4 ดาวด้วยซ้ำ!!! ขอขอบคุณแผนกต้อนรับที่อนุญาตให้ต่อเวลาห้องพักฟรี 2 ชั่วโมงเนื่องจากเที่ยวบินล่าช้า! โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างก็โอเค ยกเว้นอาหารเช้าที่โฆษณาไว้มากมาย!!!

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Ibis Styles in Batumi. Im Gebäude ist ein richtiges Gym enthalten, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für Hotelgäste ist der Eintritt kostenlos. Im 1. Stock gibt es Billiard und Tischtennis kostenfrei zur Verfügung. die Zimmer sind ganz okay

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

I originally planned to stay here for just one week, but I liked it so much that I ended up staying for a whole month. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and they even gave me a bigger room when I decided to stay longer. The hotel is small but very cozy, and the staff are honestly one of the best things about this place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they were always ready to help or make things more convenient. The food was really tasty, and the sea is not far at all. There are lots of shops, cafés and other places nearby, so even though the hotel is not right in the city center, it never felt like it was far away. There is also public transport to the city, which makes getting around quite easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they are cleaned regularly. They can also help with laundry if you need it, which was really convenient. Overall, I had a really good experience here and I’m very happy I decided to stay longer. I would definitely come back🫶

Отдыхали с 11.06.2026 по 17.06.2026. Прекрасный отель, тихое место, вежливый персонал, превосходные и разнообразные завтраки, очень дружественная обстановка. Отличная ежедневная уборка. Смело могу советовать данное место. Заселили на час раньше (13:00), ждать не пришлось. Спасибо руководству и персоналу за прекрасный отдых. Ещё вернемся.
