โรงแรมมีทำเลที่สะดวกสบายมาก ซึ่งถือเป็นจุดแข็งอย่างหนึ่งของโรงแรม โดยทั่วไปแล้วโรงแรมสะอาด แต่มีปัญหาหลายประการที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเข้าพักของเรา ห้องแรกของเราเย็นจนรู้สึกไม่สบายตัว ไฟครึ่งหนึ่งไม่ทำงาน และก๊อกน้ำในห้องน้ำหลวม ซึ่งบ่งชี้ว่าขาดการบำรุงรักษาที่เหมาะสม หลังจากรายงานปัญหาระบบทำความร้อนแล้ว เราก็ถูกย้ายไปยังห้องอื่น อย่างไรก็ตาม เห็นได้ชัดว่าเราไม่ได้เป็นคนเดียวที่ประสบปัญหานี้ แขกคนอื่นๆ ก็ถูกเปลี่ยนห้องด้วยเช่นกันเนื่องจากอุณหภูมิที่เย็น ดูเหมือนว่าเนื่องจากโรงแรมมีขนาดใหญ่มาก พนักงานอาจไม่มีเวลาตรวจสอบระบบทำความร้อนในทุกห้อง นอกจากนี้ ห้องพักยังมักจะอบอ้าวมาก ทำให้หาอุณหภูมิที่สบายได้ยาก เมื่อเราขอเครื่องนอนเพิ่มเนื่องจากมีเราสามคนแต่มีผ้าห่มให้เพียงสองผืน เราได้รับแจ้งว่าไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดให้ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่าแปลกใจและไม่สะดวก เนื่องจากควรมีเครื่องนอนพื้นฐานสำหรับแขกทุกคน แม้ว่าเครื่องนอนจะซักแล้ว แต่ผ้าปูที่นอนบางผืนก็มีคราบที่มองเห็นได้ ทำให้ภาพรวมของความสะอาดดูแย่ลง นอกจากนี้ พนักงานทำความสะอาดยังทำงานในเวลาที่ไม่ปกติอีกด้วย เมื่อเรากลับมาจากรับประทานอาหารเย็นหลัง 22.00 น. ไปแล้ว การทำความสะอาดห้องยังคงดำเนินต่อไป ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ไม่คาดคิด ปัญหาที่น่าหงุดหงิดอีกอย่างหนึ่งคือปุ่มเรียกลิฟต์ (สำหรับลง) ไม่ทำงาน และไม่มีป้ายหรือประกาศแจ้งแขก ซึ่งทำให้ไม่สะดวกและยิ่งทำให้ขาดความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด โดยรวมแล้ว แม้ว่าทำเลและความสะอาดพื้นฐานจะเป็นสิ่งที่ดี แต่โรงแรมก็ยังประสบปัญหาการบำรุงรักษาที่สำคัญ ระบบทำความร้อนไม่สม่ำเสมอ ขาดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน เช่น ผ้าห่มเสริม ตารางการทำความสะอาดที่ไม่ปกติ และปัญหาที่มองข้ามไป เช่น ปุ่มลิฟต์เสีย การแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านี้สามารถปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของแขกได้อย่างมาก

A Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Facilities It was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. Facilities: The facilities are simply amazing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, the pool/spa area is clean and relaxing, and the common lounge spaces are beautifully designed and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and up to date, and it was clear the hotel takes real pride in its amenities. I made full use of them throughout my stay. Room: My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping kept everything fresh every day. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and quality toiletries. Staff & Service: The staff deserve a special mention — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. Food: Breakfast offered a nice variety of local and international options, and the quality was consistently good across my whole stay. Location: The only minor drawback is the location — the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so reaching the main attractions requires a taxi or public transport. On the plus side, this makes the surroundings quieter and more peaceful, which is great if you want to relax away from the city noise. Just factor in some extra travel time when planning your days. Value: Considering the quality of the facilities, the comfort, and the level of service, I found it to be good value for money. Verdict: Despite being a bit removed from the center, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service. I would definitely return!

I had a good stay at Novotel Leeds Centre. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk from the train station and close to the city centre. Breakfast could have been better, and my room wasn’t spotless, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I will still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Leeds for the first time.

Have stayed several times when visiting family. Was disappointed this time not to have a fridge I had assumed all rooms had them and due to me booking later than normal I'd paid a higher rate than usual but got a shabbier room.I think they had changed the room I had booked as I'd booked a standard double but opened door up to a small room with a double and single bed set up. I didnt want my towels changing or room servicing but i witnessed reception staff constantly telling people they couldn't have there rooms serviced as they hadn't asked the day before and if you dont ask they dont go in to even change cups or empty bins. It hasn't put me off staying again.

Room by reception, very very noisy. No soap and shower gel in the bathroom. No hair dryer. Hotel wasn’t busy and there was plenty of rooms of the same one we booked but, they chose to stick us there. That room should oy be used when hotel is at capacity. Think the receptionist was only interested in upgrading us for an extra fee. She sort of blackmailed us, she said this is your room if you don’t upgrade, like wth

Excellent city centre location. The gym was being refurbished but they offered a day pass to local Pure gym which was very kind. Breakfast was included and was excellent

I made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available. The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin. The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty. The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter. The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?
