เข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่ Best Western Carlton ในแบล็คพูล พนักงานไม่สามารถช่วยได้มากกว่านี้ และผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับก็เป็นมิตรและช่างพูดมาก เมื่อพวกเขาตระหนักว่าฉันมีพุ่มเด็กวัยหัดเดินและกระเป๋าสองใบพวกเขาช่วยทันที - แม้แต่เปลี่ยนห้องของเราเพื่อให้สิ่งต่าง ๆ ง่ายขึ้น คนน่ารัก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือผนังบาง ๆ ซึ่งหมายความว่าเราสามารถได้ยินทุกคําของการโต้เถียงตอนตี 4 ในห้องข้างๆ !!

ที่พักอยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองเล็กน้อยแต่ก็อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถรางมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ธรรมดา และอ่างอาบน้ำก็มีสนิมบ้าง วิวทะเลก็สวยดี แต่หน้าต่างก็สกปรกนิดหน่อย โดยรวมแล้ว เมื่อเทียบกับราคา 75 ปอนด์สำหรับสุดสัปดาห์แล้ว ก็ถือว่าผ่านได้ไม่ยาก

Clean room as always. Problem with key access but got there in the end. Always helpful staff

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

ทุกอย่างดี พนักงานเป็นมิตร อยู่ตรงข้ามป้ายรถรางเลย วิวจากหน้าต่างห้องนอนสวยงาม และเตียงนอนสบาย ปัญหาหนึ่งที่ผมเจอคือผมจองห้องพักอย่างเดียวและพยายามจ่ายค่าอาหารเย็นที่โรงแรม แต่ตลอดสัปดาห์นั้น ทางโรงแรมรับลูกค้าแค่จำนวนจำกัด ทำให้ผมต้องออกไปทานมื้อเย็นข้างนอก นอกนั้นก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร และจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

This is a lovely (if a bit creaky in places,!) hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. I have stayed here before and loved the experience, especially the pool which was always warm and like having a large bath. Unfortunately, on this occasion it was cold. The chap at the front desk told me that were having some boiler problems which were in hand. Fair enough i thought, until i realised the water in the room was lukewarm at best, so having a bath or shower was not so nice. I was there for four nights and i only had hot water the morning of checking out. It was nice to have a long relaxing soak before a long train journey home though!

Not very happy at all. Paid £69 for my room which id fine HOWEVER then charged £70 for my 2 dogs (Was £20 per dog) now they get their own package which all has to be left at hotel. They need their own room for that price. The package doesn't warrant that extra cost for single night stays at all. Next millions of unsupervised children running round the hotel from check in to check out. More like fun house than peaceful quiet family Hotel. Asked for quiet room away from traffic and footfall however I think they gave me the opposite including a reeving motorbike at 7am no messing around. They got couple shouts out the window from other customers at hotel.
