No air conditioning so very humi and hot in room. Toilet was hard to flush. Plugs too far to charge on a table or stand. You need to unplug things to get closer. Overall better than the travel lodge and Premier inn nearby.

An ideal hotel for those travelling from/to Stansted. It's conveniently located within the hotel quarter so accessible by £4 bus from the terminal - just keep this in mind when calculating the price of a stay. Breakfast was free of charge and extensive, there was something available to suit everyone. The only recommendation I'd make is to have plug sockets next to the bed rather than just USBs.

They decorate the room for us. The room was so nice with the sea view. Staff was also cool... Thank you so much housekeeping and frontdesk team as well.... Keep going 😊😊😊🤗 i will come again and suggest my friends and family  aslo....

Feeling easy and comfortable with all basic supplies available. Although the couch in the room is a bit worn, overall it is a nice experience. Lobby Christmas decoration is decent and festive, great and enjoyable atmosphere!

Fabulous location, if you need the airport. But, you have to bus/cab/drive into Southend/Rayleigh/wherever if not wanting the airport. 15min walk to various eateries, if you don't want to eat in the hotel, like Toby Carvery, Hungry Horse, African, fish and chips. Majority of staff seen were happy and chatty, nice to see. 5* breakfast, would definitely recommend as had lots of choice. Room was clean, included bed, desk, chair, armchair, safe, kettle, iron, toiletries, bath&shower.

ลูกสาวของฉันและฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดี เรานอนหลับดีมากเตียงสบายมากหมอนห้องพักน่ารักและสะอาดและมีทุกสิ่งที่เราต้องการ เราทุกคนมีความสุขมาก  สระว่ายน้ําน่ารักเพียงแค่ต้องการความทันสมัยและพื้นก็สะอาดเหมือนสกปรก อย่างไรก็ตามโดยรวมแล้วพอใจและชอบที่จะกลับมาพักอีกครั้ง

The carpet in the room and overall was full of marks .The window in the room was not opening and the conditional air was not working so the room was boiling.The breakfast was really poor and the scramble eggs were underusing my friend was vomiting after because of them. And the worse part is that you cannot check in before 3pm and check out has to be before 12 pm so we pay a huge amount of money for a room that doesn’t deserve not even half of it,for less than 24 hours.

The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Upon arrival we had a lot of bags and the staff made sure we got a room on ground floor and there was a trolley to move our items at once. We were indoors all the time so cleaning staff left our room to give us privacy. Next morning we requested to have our room cleaned and in 5 mins there was someone there to clean. So efficient!!

Was a really nice hotel very quiet and very clean! Staff for check in were really friendly and the place was cheap too! The rooms are very big with a lot of space, balcony area was good to relax on too with good views of the city center
