Great location, excellent service, and a lovely breakfast! The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included in the price, which made the stay even better value. There is a huge open field and a very clean river right next to the hotel. You can see people practising rowing, and walking along both sides of the river is really relaxing. There are also mallards and swans nearby, and you can buy special swan food from the hotel bar to feed them. I originally chose this place because the town is close to Cambridge and the price was reasonable, but I ended up really enjoying the town itself. With such a beautiful location, good service, and affordable price, this hotel is definitely great value for money.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้แม่น้ำแคม ใกล้กับท่าเรือหนึ่งในสองแห่ง เหมาะสำหรับการเดินเล่น ตอนเช็คอินมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบคีย์การ์ด ทำให้เราไม่สามารถเข้าสระว่ายน้ำได้ด้วยการ์ด ต่อมาพนักงานเห็นเราจากกล้องวงจรปิดและช่วยเปิดประตูสระว่ายน้ำให้เรา ห้องอาหารอยู่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำ ถ้าอากาศไม่หนาวเกินไป คุณสามารถนั่งทานอาหารข้างนอกและชมวิวได้ เราหิวมากจึงขอให้พนักงานเสิร์ฟนำอาหารมาเสิร์ฟพร้อมกัน พนักงานเสิร์ฟเอาใจใส่ดีมาก หลังจากนำอาหารมาเสิร์ฟแล้ว เมื่อเห็นว่าเรายังไม่กลับมาที่โต๊ะ เขาก็เดินมาบอกเราว่าเราสามารถเริ่มทานอาหารได้แล้ว บริการของโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม ปัญหาบางอย่างเกี่ยวกับระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ส่งผลกระทบต่อประสบการณ์การบริการ

ประสบการณ์ที่ดีสุดของความประทับใจในทริปอังกฤษ คือได้มาพักที่นี่ ตั้งแต่เข้าจอดรถ มีระบบอัตโนมัติและปลอดภัยสะอาด พนักงานช่วยเก็บรักษาของเล่นที่ลูกลืมวางไว้อย่างดีและนำมาให้ในวันรุ่งขึ้น อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยม ห้องพักกว่ฝ้างขวางสะอาด มีครัวอย่างดีพร้อมsofabed นอนสบายจนล฿กย้ายไปรวมตัวกันที่sofabed ทีวี2จุด แถมมีสระว่ายน้ำในร่มในfitness.เข้าเมืองง่ายและกลับจากในเมืองด้วยรถบัสประจำทางลงป้ายรถเมล์หน้าโรงแรมพอดี มีร้านค้าไม่ไกล

Had trouble with hot water on shower control,very hot fine for me but would be concern for children  The control needs looking at The room was very clean and the facilities were good would recommend to anyone

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

เป็นโรงแรมที่ยังใหม่มาก อาจเป็นเพราะอยู่ในเคมบริดจ์ ที่ซึ่งคนหนุ่มสาวอยู่กันหมด และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยังอายุน้อยมาก มันสะอาดมากและมีการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างมาก และทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใช้เวลาเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟ เช็คอินไม่ได้ถึงบ่าย 3 โมง แต่ห้องพร้อมตอนเช็คอินมีโซฟาเบดเด็กด้วย สวยมาก ไม่ต้องให้ใครมาตกแต่งให้ โดยรวมแล้ว ถึงแม้ว่าจะเป็นไอบิสซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่รวดเร็วไม่กี่แห่งในจีน แต่โดยทั่วไปแล้วจะดีในสหราชอาณาจักรและดีกว่าในจีน

ห้องพักสะอาด อบอุ่น กว้างขวาง ห้องสูง ห้องน้ําใหญ่ มีอ่างอาบน้ํา บริกรสวยมาก การตกแต่ง อาหารเช้าเต็มรูปแบบ อังกฤษ 🇬🇧 พระอาทิตย์ตกและพระอาทิตย์ตกแม่น้ํา Jianhe ใกล้โรงแรมสวยมาก ฉันจะมาอีกครั้ง แนะนําอย่างหนักสําหรับญาติและเพื่อน!

We had a lovely room. Excellent location to travel to Duxford air museum, or for train into Cambridge. We were driving, so paid £10 for overnight parking. Thought this was ok, as if we'd not had car then we'd have had benefit of not incurring that charge. The breakfast was ok. The service at breakfast though was really poor, not I think down to the staff who were on, but the lack of staff, thus a management issue perhaps. When we went into breakfast there wasn't a single clean available table. We had to move used things from one, cleaned table myself. We were in there about 20 minutes, and I saw the items that had been left on other tables stayed there, and those I'd moved stayed too. There wasn't enough cutlery out - I asked for more, and heard others doing the same later. It felt chaotic. Just not staffed well enough - the receptionist was helping out too with breakfast. Though the room was good in terms of its facilities, size, cleanliness, the shower had a big problem. It was a wet room, which was fine, but weirdly the floor seemed to slant the wrong way (I later realised) as the water from the shower spread across the entire bathroom, soaked my clothes that I'd left at the furthest point away (nowhere to put them than on the floor), and almost went under the door into the room itself. I just realised what was happening in time. There wasn't one of those floor wipers you often get in a wet room to wipe the floor, so though it did slowly go down the plug hole, the whole bathroom floor was left very wet, and I had to use towels to dry it a bit. I mentioned it to the receptionist as a complaint; she just said she would pass it on. A nice hotel in a good location, the issues I mention hopefully will get sorted. I would stay again, but now forewarned.

As Always Novotel has been our preferred Home Away from Home and this time at Cambridge Novotel kept the promise and we really enjoyed our stay. Room 318 Special Kudos to Zordar at the front desk with long hairs(sorry if i misspelled the name), extremely helpful during our checkin process. Also Special Kudos to Cameron who really understood and did the needful for kid as we missed today's breakfast. Really appreciate Cameron. :) Thankyou Novotel for making our stay wonderful

Does everything it says on the tin. Staff were nice, food was good. The rooms were spacious with working tv. Bathroom had a hot shower with bath. All clean and comfy beds
