We had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

My flight was canceled, so I stayed here for just one night. I was very satisfied because all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet in the photo looks good, but the sandwich my husband ordered was much tastier. If you need a simple stay near the airport, I think this place offers good value for the price.

Gute Lage, direkt am Flughafen von Punta Cana.
Der Shuttle Service Mitarbeiter wie auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich .
In der Nähe des Hotel waren mehrere Restaurants , eine Eisdiele und eine Apotheke.

It’s a very great resort and people out there is very kind. The restaurant Skybar has a beautiful seaside view. Johanny is very nice and kind to help us check in. Something went wrong with the air conditioner but they help change another room. Very great.

Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet.
Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.

ผผู้เข้าพักO espaço do hotel em si é muito bonito e aconchegante, porém , o que nos decepcionou foi o atendimento, grande parte dos funcionários impacientes e nada solícitos , um dos funcionários do sport bar chegou a xingar a gente em espanhol achando que não entendemos, e isso somente porque ainda não tínhamos escolhido o lanche que queríamos. Outra coisa que nos pegou de surpresa e nos deixou chateados foi a disponibilização dos restaurantes, praticamente TODOS fechados , na descrição do hotel consta com várias opções mas, somente funcionou o italiano , o dominicano e o japonês, assim causando lotação , e conseguimos somente agendar um jantar no italiano, e nos reatando no outro dia o buffet geral, que mesmo sendo grande, havia poucas opções e variações de comida. A culinária é diferente , a carne é diferente , mas isso ao nosso paladar. Havia solicitado ao hotel com antecedência , uma arrumação diferente ou algo especial pois estava em lua de mel, e o mesmo se quer respondeu e ao chegar poderiam nos dar um quarto de lua de mel porém somente ao pagamento de 70 dólares ,mas enfim, não deixamos isso estragar nosso descanso , mas dentre opções de resort que já fui acredito que em questão de atendimento , organização , entretenimento e comida esse foi o mais ”fraco” de todos , o que cativa realmente é só a paisagem e o local , porque as demais coisas são tudo de ok para fraco . Ah e se procuram entretenimento vão cientes de que os jogos disponibilizados no sport bar são todos pagos , de 1 a 3 dólares por máquina .

ผผู้เข้าพักMy stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great.
The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way.
My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile.
But overall a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Alkquimia. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, spotlessly clean and elegantly designed, with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
The location is absolutely ideal — very central, safe, and literally close to everything. You can walk everywhere, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooftop pool is absolutely lovely — perfect for unwinding, with a great vibe and a very pleasant setting. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day.
The ladies at the reception were amazing: warm, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness truly made our stay even better.
Our room was cleaned daily and was always sparkling clean. The layout was comfortable and stylish, and the bathroom was modern and impeccably maintained.
Overall, Alkquimia was an outstanding experience, and we highly recommend it. We would happily stay here again!

NNicaurisUI’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others.
My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!
