酒店地理位置優越，去景點非常方便，步行可達。酒店裝修風格優雅大方，又不失時尚。酒店的房間設施完善，非常適合度假。酒店在辦理入住手續時，免費提供茶點，非常貼心。酒店的自助早餐，超讚，品質多，而且每天會有所調整，給連住的客人有新鮮感。總的來講，是一家跟棒的度假酒店，值得推薦！

Das Ensana Nove Lazne in Marienbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt an den Kolonaden und am Kurpark. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns in deutsch verständigen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war sehr gut und wurde teilweise ganz frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereinigt. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können. Ganz toll fanden wir das historische Bad, die tägliche Nutzung (auch die 3 Saunen und die Whirlpools im Haus) ist im Preis inklusive.

The hotel is centrally located, a bit up to the hill. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff members, especially the young lady at reception, are friendly, polite and professional. The reception front desk closes at 6 pm. If you checking in later, you have to contact the property well in advance. Unfortunately,I didn't, and had to make around 40 calls on 3 different numbers provided. They answered only after 50 minutes of waiting. This was really annoying, just because I was tired after the trip, hungry and desperately needed to use the toilet.( Sorry for the details). After my calls answered, I got the access code and my keys. Easy. The hotel is situated in the quiet area, unfortunately, some customers at the hotel made a big noise in the middle of the night:at 3 pm, loudly kicking in the neighbours door, trying to get in, for a very long 40 mins... I had to get out and prevent it,if they did not stop, I'll call the police. I definitely had bad luck with this stay, it's not at all the hotel's fault, just my poor experience:( .

เราประหลาดใจมากเมื่อมาถึง แม้ว่าคําอธิบายของโรงแรมจะแนะนําแผนกต้อนรับ 24-hour แต่ไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับ 24/7 ที่โรงแรม Elefant เราต้องไปที่โรงแรมอื่นเพื่อเช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์ และแม้แต่อาหารเช้า ซึ่งไม่ได้เปิดเผยอย่างชัดเจนในรายการ สิ่งนี้ไม่สะดวกและทําให้เข้าใจผิด อีกปัญหาหนึ่งคือ Wi-Fi: ไม่มีรหัสผ่านหรือรหัส QR ในห้อง และเนื่องจากไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับในสถานที่ เราจึงไม่สามารถรับรายละเอียดได้ เป็นผลให้เราไม่สามารถใช้ Wi-Fi ระหว่างที่เราเข้าพักได้ นอกจากนี้ ภาพถ่ายบางส่วนในรายการยังทําให้เราประทับใจในมุมมอง/การจัดวางที่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเรามาถึง ดูเหมือนว่าโรงแรมจริงจะไม่ตรงกับภาพถ่ายบางส่วนที่แสดง ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความคาดหวังของเรา ทําเลที่ตั้งดี แต่ความโปร่งใสเป็นสิ่งจําเป็น โปรดระบุสถานการณ์แผนกต้อนรับอย่างชัดเจนว่าผู้เข้าพักต้องไปเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาท์และอาหารเช้า รายละเอียด Wi-Fi ในห้อง และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าภาพถ่ายเป็นตัวแทนของที่พักอย่างแม่นยํา

Sehr nette Leute bei der Rezeption, mir wurden alles Fragen beantwortet. Zum Parkplatz brauchte ich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß was gar kein Problem war. Wäre super wenn alle Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet wären damit man sich eben auch mal selbst ein warmes Getränk machen kann.

I booked this hotel for my Mom. And she loved it: the staff was accommodating and caring, great location and delicious meals. Highly recommended

Es war wieder super, man kann das Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz parken für 50 Kronen pro Tag oder direkt beim Hotel kostet etwas mehr. Auto kann man stehen lassen zur Stadt fährt direkt ein Bus hin kostet nur 18 Kronen pro Person.

Overall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding. However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one. What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory. Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.
