It was unfortunate our hairdryer in our room exploded noted accident do happen and we have to move room in the middle of the night but we do love the place and the service was friendly and we noted they try to address and resolve our issues immediately. But was not a very pleasant experience that I had to face unfortunately………

My husband and I both thought the Queen Bed was very comfy and we slept well. We had a rain water head shower which had a great pressure. The location was near all we wanted to see and do in Geelong. We came mainly for the Archibald at Geelong Gallery. We were able to do some shopping at Westfield as we don't have anything like that near where we live. We also ambled through Harris Scarfe which is also not near to us. The housekeeping staff were very affable and came with clean towels every day. We didn't have Breakfast in the Dining Room as we went out and about and had Brunch.

Nice location, nice clerks, nice foods. This accommodation is very close to Melbourne Airport, especially international terminal. And This was the largest accommodation that I used. And on lobby, there is a restaurant, which has very kind cooks. So many people were using that restaurant like having party. I had a Korean style-grilled pork belly. Even though it was not that close to the original Korean grilled pork, I was satisfied. If the cook can see this review, I recommend to provide the pork belly without sauce that you used, but to provide that sauce seperatedly. Anyway, thank you for your service. And your signature wine was very nice.

Not many options in Mildura so i'd say this is one of the best so since the range is short the prices are high in general.

We are not regular Motel stayers as we have had bad experiences in the past so now we normally go to Caravan Parks. But what a surprise we got here. The front desk staff was so friendly. He made the check in experience a highlight instead of a chore. The room was spotless, well appointed and bright. The bed was comfortable. And to our surprise it was quiet, didn't hear anything from the main road. All in all it was great. About our only complaint was the door stuck a bit on opening. Thanks to the Bairnsdale Tanjil Motor Inn staff for making our trip so fuss free.

ชอบความสงบเงียบของ Balgownie Estate มากค่ะ ที่พักอยู่ใกล้โรงไวน์และใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ประทับใจเป็นพิเศษกับห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง และมีเครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องน้ำ ซึ่งถูกใจมาก ทำให้เราแทบไม่ได้ออกจากห้องเลย ได้แต่นั่งเล่นพักผ่อนอยู่ในห้อง ส่วนเรื่องที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือระดับการบริการค่ะ ก่อนวันเข้าพักได้ส่งอีเมลสอบถามผ่าน Trip portal ไปถึง 3 ครั้ง เพื่อขอคำแนะนำเรื่องการเดินทางเที่ยวชมรอบๆ Yarra แต่กลับไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว และเมื่อไปติดต่อที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับก็มีท่าทีเฉยเมย ไม่แยแส ไม่ว่าจะถามอะไรไปก็ดูไม่ค่อยใส่ใจ ซึ่งน่าจะดีกว่านี้มากเลยค่ะ ถึงกระนั้น โดยรวมแล้ว Yarra Valley ก็สวยงามจับใจจริงๆ ค่ะ

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก อยู่บนถนน Great Ocean Road พนักงานเช็คอินมีความเป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพมาก นอกจากนี้โรงแรมยังมีสระว่ายน้ำในร่มขนาดเล็ก สนามเทนนิส และแทรมโพลีนกลางแจ้ง (น่าสนใจมาก น่าสัมผัส และผ่อนคลายมาก) โดยรวมแล้วฉันขอแนะนำรีสอร์ทแห่งนี้และชุดเครื่องนอนก็สบายมาก

Highly recommended. 2BR Apartment is spacious and fits our group of 4 persons. Very clean, comfortable, convenient. All amenities are provided. Nice weather. Good sercvice and friendly staff.

The room was OK, a bit outdated and obviously well used. It was clean, and that is really all that matters to us.. We didn't eat in the restaurant but went to the bar, and drinks were reasonably priced. There are not too many comfy seats, or we would have hung around a bit longer, but ok, especially the fire in the middle of the room. Staff were friendly.
