非常安靜的一個酒店，房間也很整潔，酒店緊鄰大海，後天就是海邊。距離巴港碼頭開車也很近。餐飲的話最好還是去巴港景區，有很多選擇。

Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

Old and not maintained (spiderwebs all over the lawns in between the various buildings; our room came ‘equipped’ with a leftover flosser and socks on the floor from the previous occupants, sink was clogged, ancient air conditioning unit). They did say they have a pool, access to kayaks, paddleboards and whatnot, we only stayed one night and it rained so we didn’t use any of it. By the water so a bit of a view. Will do the job in a pinch (given that there are only 2 hotels in Southport, not a lot of options to choose from; would definitely recommend Newagen over this one or choose something in Boothbay).

説實話，酒店的環境那的確相當不錯，酒店的海景非常震撼，在炎熱的夏天去到這也是避暑，還可以看到日出，晚上的月光也很好看；但是的確性價比不夠，在這個價位來説的確不太值，房間很小。而且房間的羽絨被會掉羽毛，睡的會打噴嚏然後總感覺自己吸進去了一點很不舒服。 服務：在這個價位的酒店來説也是一般，中規中矩，要不是景色這麼漂亮可能會覺得不好，我住的那個房間的電話也是壞的，打不通客房服務，無法在房間訂餐。 設施：酒店裡沒有自助早餐，單點的早餐性價比低，而且不好吃；不過自助區的咖啡茶蘇打水還有鮮奶還是不錯。龍蝦很好吃，點了兩衹兩磅的，66刀一衹，很大。 關於泳池的話有温泉，應該可以看海景小小的池，不過泳池都是在九點後才開門，感覺有點太晚了，關閉是在晚上十點鐘。 還有入住時間是在下午四點太晚了，然後退房時間又在上午11點又太早了。

房間還可以，住了很久，給我主動升級。酒店價格還好，當然是看美元購買力的話。酒店是那種老式的美國酒店，入住體驗還好吧

The people at the front desk are very friendly and nice. The heated pool was very relaxing, and the food is probably the best out of all the hotels I've stayed at so far. It's a very clean and fresh smelling environment just walking through the doors. I highly recommend the stay

Hotel is right at the river , and in bath downtown area just walk around the corner , the facility is good .clean room with anenity in the room with free breakfast and there is a counter for cofee and chocolate service at the lobby . Breakfast close at 9.am . Very nice hotel

We were actually moved to their sister property Cleftstone Inn due to a computer glitch. Both properties were amazing and working with us to make the mistake right. Service! A long lost trait. I would definitely stay here again

A very comfortable hotel with spacious airy rooms. The adjoining restaurant is excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly, and there is even a grand piano in the lobby for guests to play. It is however quite out of tune!

This was an absolutely wonderful facility. Their breakfast and service was amazing. Likely will never travel to this area again, but highly recommend this place. Beautiful, clean, quiet, convenient and relaxing.
