เรามีการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง อาหารอร่อยมาก และบางทีสําหรับการเลือกอาหารเช้าสามารถเพิ่ม ”คุ้ยหึหึ” ได้เช่นกัน วิวจากสระว่ายน้ําก็สวย แค่ขอบสระที่น้ําไหลลงมาต้องสะอาด ดูเหมือนว่าจะไม่สะอาดสําหรับอายุ ... มันเป็นสีเขียว .. โดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่พักที่ดีและอยู่ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้า

Just nice for a single or two travellers. Clean room and with enough facilities. Walking distance for food and malls and city center. Comfortable stay, will came again.

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and it’s very cosy and peaceful. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a nice room with a pool and sea view. Faiz Haslan has also shared some information about the places to visit around, which was very helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, and there was a good food variety. Chinese New Year Eve’s dinner was excellent, great food variety and delicious. It would be good to have wifi available in the room and not only in the public areas.

It was such a pleasant stay!! We loved it so so much!! Only have few complaints/concerns regarding our stay there. 1. Not enough security - since theres no ‘gate’, outsiders can easily enter, even late at night! We were walking to Lepapa around 11:00PM, when we saw 2 youngsters hanging out around the lobby (Prior to that we saw them arriving around 11 PM ish using motorcycle). Besides that, it feels like a lack of security for car as well, which makes us a little concern as well. 2. Lack of place to eat - theres an effort of few restaurants but only one are open (After 4) but only until 8 or 9PM. Theres one more restaurant, the pizza place, but its not open at all. Hopefully more restaurants can open here as nearby shop are quite far (Lundu)

Overall, our stay was good and comfortable. Just a small note that the water pressure was occasionally low. Regarding the swimming pool, we understand the rules and safety concerns, but it felt quite strict. Maybe some consideration can be given for children, as they were really looking forward to using the pool. Thank you and hope to visit again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times whenever I travel to Bintulu. It is a great choice for travelers as it is located in the heart of Bintulu town and within walking distance to a mall, making it convenient to find food and enjoy leisure activities such as movies and shopping. The hotel also provides swimming pool and gym facilities, which are a plus for guests. However, this around there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom in my staying room. Aside from this issue, the hotel remains one of the best accommodation options for travelers visiting Bintulu.

The most noteworthy feature of this hotel is the incredibly spacious rooms. After researching all the available options in Bintulu, I can confidently say that Goldenbay Hotel offers the best value for money. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area. The amenities were another high point of the trip. It was a lucky coincidence that a comb was provided, as I had forgotten to pack one. Furthermore, I was impressed by the quality of the hair and body shampoos. It is rare for me to enjoy hotel-provided toiletries, but these left me feeling truly clean and lathered up well. To top it off, the rooftop offers a gorgeous view, especially during sunset. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. I booked two rooms; while my room was fine, the second room had significant lighting issues. Although the reception sent a technician to help, they only managed to fix one light. Even after the repair, that room remained much dimmer than mine. Additionally, the bidet in my own bathroom was leaking. It felt a bit ironic to see multiple signs encouraging guests to save water and use the bidet instead of paper when the fixture itself wasn't working properly. Lastly, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection was quite limited, and the taste was only average. If I return to this hotel in the future, I would likely book a room-only rate and find breakfast elsewhere.

The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.
