Séjour incroyable ! Contrairement à certains avis négatifs concernant la propreté de l’hôtel, nous avons au contraire découvert un magnifique hôtel très bien situé près des commerces (juste en face d’une supérette et du centre ville) La chambre était impeccable ainsi que toutes les installations de l’hôtel. Et le personnel hyper bienveillant ✨ Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner pendant le carnaval 🎭

This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms. I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable. Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back.

The building is a bit old but the room is pretty big, very comfortable. The cleanliness is an issue in most of hotels in the island, not the best. The first day the floor got many hairs and dirt on the floor, the second day was well cleaned, maybe they lack of attention of details. The pool is very nice, but forget about relax, the music is loud and the selection is very commercial. There are QR codes everywhere, everything is on sale, whatever around you. The general experience was good.

Für eine Vorübernachtung sehr gut geeingnet. Stylische Zimmer , für 2 Sterne sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Rezeption, Cheickin und Out sehr schnell. Preis-Leistung sehr angenehm.

La ubicación indicada no es muy exacta respecto a su ubicación real. Las piscinas se encuentran 'encajonadas' entre los edificios y son más pequeñas de lo que parecen en las fotos. La persona de recepción que nos atendió fue muy amable, le pedimos algu a recomendación y fue un acierto total. El personal de recepción es escaso para atender la gran cantidad de clientes que llegan y salen del hotel. El sistema establecido para contactar con recepción no nos gustó nada, no hay un teléfono directo, la centralita pasa la llamada pero nadie la atiende.... después de intentarlo 4 dias antes de nuestra llegada fue imposible.

К номеру нужно быть готовым, на самом деле по сути нет окна. Вернее оно очень маленькое и есть, но выходит в узкий колодец и не открывается. И оно находится по сути в ванной комнате. В номере влажно и душно. Я так и не поняла, как нужно было бронировать номер с окнами, в описании было указано, что в номере одно или несколько окон и были фото с окнами. Питание на завтрак понравилось. До круизного порта далеко, нужно брать такси. Для меня выбор отеля оказался не удачным, люблю номера с окнами и балконами, а не спичечные коробочки.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

ทำเลดี ราคาประหยัด ระเบียงเห็นทะเลได้โดยตรง ห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่ ห้องก็ดีมาก ถูกกว่าโฮมสเตย์ที่เราอยู่ถึง 3 เท่า รู้สึกสบายกว่า ใหญ่กว่า คุ้มราคา , ฉันขอโทษ ฉันเสียใจที่ต้องอยู่ในสถานที่ดัง ฉันมีชีวิตอยู่ได้ 20 วัน ฉันพักที่นี่ในคืนสุดท้ายเท่านั้น ถ้ายังมีโอกาสไปที่นี่จะเลือกที่นี่ครับ
