Предложили отдельный номер вместо койки в общей комнате без доплат. Везде чисто, персонал вежливый. Очень близко к морю и разным магазинам. Оочень крутое место. Спасибо!
RRacLimI get to know the hotel because of China actress Amy Chen Haoyu so decided to drop by for the same suite that she took at Xihai seaview suite. The overall experience is awesome and amazing, one things that I felt not right is the time I spent here due to rush schedule so didn’t experience the facilities here this round. Will mark this in my next trip with my family to be here at least 2 night. As my mandarin is not fluent, so I’m glad to met the receptionist Hanry as he can speak English and his service is excellent where he helped me to book for the airport transfer drop off, finding the apple charge adapter for me. I like the fact that I can witness the sunrise during my stay.
JJD BinsingerA very good hotel with super nice facilities and a really beautiful decoration.
However, 2 darker points :
- staff can speak very little english; most of then no english at all. Automatic translators have limitations...
- in terms of location, it looks good for the proximity to the airport but in reality the traffic network is so that it still takes 20 minutes to the airport.
Overall a very good experience anway.
DDariuszI always stay in this hotel for Xiamen Marathon and my experience has always been very good. Staff are very nice and helpful and the location for the marathon is very convenient. A view from the balcony is stunning!
ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed three nights at this wonderful guest house, which is situated in a very quiet, peaceful and scenic part of Gulangyu, at almost the highest point, where you could see a gorgeous view of the harbour, the town and the lush green gardens below. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a better, room, presumably because the guest-house was quiet, despite it being Golden Week. The room, the furnishings, the bathroom and the scenic view certainly made it a restful experience. However, the breakfast, while extremely healthy and standard for locals, did not seem to quite fit with the rest of the experience. In particular, I was surprised not to be offered anything to drink at all - not even water or tea. However, the staff were ready to offer bottled water at any time. But on this note, if I could make a suggestion, it would be preferable to install large water container in the lobby, so that guests could use refillable water bottles rather than creating a lot of unnecessary plastic bottles. Despite these small issues, I would certainly recommend the place and stay again though for the serene, historic location.
SSolosolotravelWhen we arrived at the quarry it started to rain. The luggage pickup service was done by a middle aged man who seemed like a really nice guy, however he was ill-equipped for rainy weather. We walked through the rain and the luggage was completely soaked. (No buggy except for government related service, so the man used a trolley) the hotel room seemed sparse for its price, we booked the suite with panorama view. The night view is fantastic, but the toilet is easily choked, the staff came up to unclog the toilet explained that the piping was since time ancient and therefore cannot take any tissue. Luckily we only booked one night. Also the trip booking system seemed to hold the $$ for ‘preauthtorisation’ and the hotel requires you to pay again for the actual payment. Quite a number of guests were also buffled by this arrangement. Do take note of you are paying a guarantee to trip.com or the actual hotel. Only one young male staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, the rest did not seem like they want to work here. The atmosphere at front desk was generally quite gloomy.
