I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel

มีโรงแรม Rosen หลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง โรงแรมนี้วางตลาดเป็นวันหยุดพักผ่อนของครอบครัว ราคาห้องพักมีราคาไม่แพง และประเภทห้องพักจะคล้ายกับโมเทลที่มีเฟอร์นิเจอร์เดี่ยวและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกระดับไฮเอนด์ ใช้เวลาประมาณ 25 นาทีในการเดินไปยังวิทยาเขตทางใต้ของศูนย์การประชุมออเรนจ์เคาน์ตี้ และวิทยาเขตเวสต์ยังอยู่ใกล้กว่าอีกด้วย ห้องพักครึ่งหนึ่งหันหน้าไปทางทางหลวงและอีกครึ่งหนึ่งหันหน้าไปทางลานภายใน ฉันไม่ทราบหลักการจัดสรร ทางที่ดีควรทำให้ชัดเจนเมื่อจองไม่หันหน้าไปทางทางหลวง

สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งมีการจัดการที่ดี พนักงานใจดี และรถบัสดิสนีย์อยู่ในตารางเวลาเสมอซึ่งดีสําหรับราคา

ใกล้กับดิสนีย์แลนด์และมีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่เหนื่อยล้าจากการเล่นในสวนสนุกและต้องการขับรถกลับมาพักผ่อนที่โรงแรม ก่อนที่จะกลับไปชมการแสดงพลุในตอนกลางคืน (บัตรเข้าสวนสนุกสามารถเข้าออกได้หลายครั้งในวันเดียวกัน และการจอดรถที่สวนสนุกหลายครั้งในวันเดียวจะคิดค่าบริการเพียงครั้งเดียว) เหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเที่ยวสวนสนุก

โรงแรมยูนิเวอร์แซล คาบาน่า เบย์ ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก ใกล้กับสวนสนุก Universal และสวนน้ำ Volcano Bay ในโรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่เป็นพิเศษ 2 สระ และสระน้ำวน โรงแรมมีร้านกาแฟ Starbucks ร้านขายของที่ระลึกสากล และพื้นที่รับประทานอาหาร พื้นที่รับประทานอาหารสามารถเลือกสไตล์อเมริกาเหนือ สไตล์อเมริกาใต้ สไตล์อิตาลี และอาหารจานด่วนสไตล์เอเชีย แม้ว่าจะเป็นอาหารจานด่วน แต่รสชาติก็ดีมากและใกล้เคียงกับความรู้สึกของการสั่งอาหารในร้านอาหาร ราคาสมเหตุสมผลมาก การตกแต่งพื้นที่รับประทานอาหารเป็นการเลียนแบบย้อนยุคของยุค 70 ที่น่าสนใจมาก จริงๆ แล้วการใช้เวลาในโรงแรมโดยไม่ทำอะไรเลยไม่ใช่เรื่องแย่เลย ห้องพักเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ห้องสวีทที่ฉันเลือกครั้งนี้มีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ชาวสเปนได้จัดเตรียมไว้ในอาคารที่อยู่ห่างจากล็อบบี้เมื่อวานนี้ ฉันรู้สึกว่าในฐานะคนจีน หากฉันไม่ริเริ่มให้ทิป ฉันก็จะต้องเผชิญกับการปฏิบัติที่ไม่สะดวกเช่นนี้ การตกแต่งห้องก็ธรรมดา เตียงและโซฟามีความสะดวกสบายพอสมควร การนอนหลับตอนกลางคืนมันสงบมาก หากคุณไปที่ Volcano Bay เนื่องจากตั้งอยู่ติดกันและไม่มีรถบัส ขอแนะนำว่าอย่าเลือกห้องสวีทที่มีทางเข้าจากภายนอก คุณมักจะอยู่ในอาคารสองสามหลังที่อยู่ห่างจาก Volcano Bay และล็อบบี้ ในโรงแรมต้องผ่านโรงแรมใหญ่ๆ เดินไปสวนน้ำ หากเช่ารถจะต้องเสียค่าจอดรถต่อคืน หากไป Universal Park จะมีรถบัสไปกลับทุกครึ่งชั่วโมงจนถึงตีหนึ่ง

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality. PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

I was surprised and happy that the hotel had made renovations to their hotel.  The room was very nice!

ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่ มีฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ำ บาร์ และห้องซักรีด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน นั่งแท็กซี่ไปดิสนีย์แลนด์ใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาที แต่เรียกแท็กซี่ยาก แนะนำให้เตรียมตัวล่วงหน้า มีครั้งหนึ่งเรียกแท็กซี่ใช้เวลา 10 นาที รถมาถึงใน 15 นาที แล้วขับไปถึงดิสนีย์อีก 20 นาที แถวทางด่วนมีการจราจรติดขัดเล็กน้อย ทำให้แผนการเดินทางล่าช้าไปหนึ่งชั่วโมง... อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเหมือนเดิมทุกวัน รู้สึกว่า 15 ดอลลาร์ไม่ค่อยคุ้มเท่าไหร่ ข้างๆ มีร้านอาหารเช้าเครืออย่าง IHOP และ Denny's ลองไปชิมกันดูได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านหม้อไฟบุฟเฟ่ต์ Huiyou Hot Pot ที่อร่อยใช้ได้ รวมทิปแล้วประมาณ 40 ดอลลาร์ต่อคน

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.
