We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Ramada – ตามที่เขียนไว้เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดริมทะเลใน Trabzone เราเลือกเป็นจุดแรกใน Karadeniza โรงแรมมีขนาดใหญ่และอาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยบนระเบียงเปิดโล่งพร้อมวิวทะเล ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีสระว่ายน้ําสองสระ: สระหนึ่งปิด อีกสระหนึ่งเปิด – ที่สองเปิด แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าไปได้เนื่องจากเด็ก ๆ ร้องไห้และโบกมือจํานวนมาก ในบริเวณสปามีเพียงซาวน่าอบไอน้ําเท่านั้นที่ใช้งานได้ตามปกติ โรงแรมไม่มีชายหาดของตัวเอง (แต่เหมือนโรงแรมอื่น ๆ บนชายฝั่งนี้) ชายหาดสาธารณะด้านนอกโรงแรม ทะเลสกปรก เมดูซ่าเล็ก ขยะ ความปรารถนาที่จะไปว่ายน้ํายังไม่เกิดขึ้น โดยทั่วไปแล้วโรงแรมดี แต่มีทางเลือกในบริเวณใกล้เคียงถูกกว่าเดือนรอมฎอนสองเท่าไม่มีนอกจากไม่มีสระว่ายน้ํา

Excellent hotel and very central. On site car park. Very nice restaurant with sea view. 4* quality. We did not eat dinner at the restaurant but menu looks good. Rooms were high quality and it is a proper hotel Would like to try the restaurant next time.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean. I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic! .

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were professional and helpful. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Trabzon.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานกงสุล(นี่คือจุดประสงค์ของการมาถึง) และสะดวกมาก อยู่ใจกลางเมือง มีโถงที่มีโซฟาและที่นั่งรอ/พัก ความเห็นอกเห็นใจทุกชนิด พูดตรงๆ ไม่ได้คิดอะไรมาก เหนื่อยมากๆ งทางส้วมบอกเรื่องการจองของเธอและขยายพาสปอร์ต พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและยิ้มแย้มดีมาก ได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างรวดเร็วและได้พักชั้น 6 ในห้อง 607 ไม่ได้คาดหวังกับที่เห็นเตียงใหญ่ในห้องเดี่ยวน่าอยู่มาก เกือบจะสะอาด (เจอขยะใต้โต๊ะบ้าง) แต่โดยรวมทุกอย่างดี ห้องเล็กแต่สําหรับคนเดียวค่อนข้าง! วิวจากหน้าต่างมีแต่หลังคากับบ้าน ถนนมองไม่เห็น ้องก็แค่น้ําขวดเดียวต้องไปหาร้าน(แต่คงโทรไปให้ได้แล้วจะได้เอาไป) บนโต๊ะมีชากาแฟหลายถุงพร้อมครีม ินสูง มีเสียงบ้างอยู่ตลอด เหมือนไม่มี จบ คือ ทําความสะอาด หรือ ผมอยู่ติดกับที่ซักผ้า 1 วิวห้องคุณจะเห็นในรูป อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยสนใจผมเท่าไหร่เพราะกินแต่ผลไม้ตอนเช้าแต่ก็ยังดูอยู่ อาหารเช้าธรรมดาทั่วไปเป็นชีส ออมเล็ต ไส้กรอก น้ํามันมะกอก ผัก เขียว และอบเล็กน้อย กาแฟและชาแบบแข็งๆ ในถุงๆ ผลไม้ก็ไม่ครบ 1 เสียใจ ดีโดยทั่วไปผมประมาณ 3+เกือบ4 ผมจะมาทราบซอนก็คงจะเซ้นที่นั่น
