방 넓고 깨끗하고 너무 좋았어요! 호텔 비싼 트라브존에서 가격대비 최고인듯 직원분도 엄청 친절하세요 단점이라면 시내랑 약간 떨어져 있는데 돌무쉬 타면 금방 갑니다!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und professionell – man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Solch ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder! :)

Otel harika, ama o fiyata kahvaltı dahil fiyat olsa mükemmel olurdu...basit te olsa bir kahvalti verilebilir...

Otele ilk geldiğimde rezervasyonumuzun görünmediğini söylediler ve resepsiyondaki arkadaş acentelerde takılmış olabileceğini belirtti,acentelerle iletişime geçerek rezervasyonumuzu buldu,ilgi alaka en üst düzeyde,otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz,temizlik,odaların genişliği çok iyi,açık büfe kahvaltı çok geniş seçenekleri barındırıyor,burada tekrar kalmak isteriz

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Maritimo Hotel’de konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel dört yıldızlı, ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor ve havaalanına oldukça yakın olması sayesinde ulaşımı çok kolay. Alt katta açık restoranının bulunması büyük bir avantaj. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı salonu ferah, kahvaltı çeşitleri ise oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında, resepsiyonda görevli Sina Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisi son derece kibar, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgilenen bir personel. Genel olarak temizlik, konfor, konum ve hizmet kalitesi açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri oldu.

Trabzon 明顯感覺像是國內的地級市，在這種地方，酒店有這樣的衞生和服務已經是非常滿意了。各方面都不錯，唯一缺點是當室外温度低時，酒店會統一關閉冷氣，儘管室內其實還是比較悶熱。

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again
