This was a standard plus room number 14 and only concerning that room. . It was just an ok room and overpriced for what I got. The floor didnt feel so solid. It moved when people walked down the hallwy and upstairs. Not a good sign. It got quite noisy outside in the hallway sometimes too. The AC was old and noisy too. The back of the hotel is nice and there are better rooms at the back, so the reviews will probably be more positive for those suites. On the positive the staff were friendly.

Good hotel if you can get it at a discount, overpriced if full price. Its a newish hotel but some of the fixtures and fittings are already brokern like the side tables in the rooms. The roof over the pool leaks. The dining area does a good breakfast but could do with a proper clean and removing the christmas decorations that just collect dust and dirt. Music played in resturant begins early and goes on all day and is a bit loud. There is a gym which is nice, but sometimes people play music speakers in there early which is also not good for hotel occupants. So nice hotel but could do with some upkeep and cleaning and cheaper prices.

Hotel has a ******, staff are accommodating near restaurants, rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet ok but not great, overall good hotel except the AC was way too cold, called maintenance twice but to no avail

Checked in procedure is easy when we get to the unit one of the ac in the room is leaking we didnt noticed theres paddle Of water on the floor i slipped as soon as i dropped my stiuff. Theres only one remote for 2 tvs and you can hear noise people giggling and laughing in the hallway in the middle of the night.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is nothing fancy but serves it's purpose of a clean, safe place to stay with a great staff. The pool is small and the aircon was a little loud but the great staff and exceptional front desk more than make up for that.
