Hotel is good, clean and good location Breakfast is very good But the usd to lkr conversion rate is very bad with respect to airport and nearby banks Airport pick up or drop service is a rip off. They are charging 2 to 2.5 times for that and don’t use this service (use uber or airport taxi)

Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up.

酒店周圍沒有什麼餐廳商店，房間很大，衞生很好，但是不提供礦泉水衹有大桶裝水在樓道里麪供客人使用。

Hotel is very clean with a beautiful lobby area. The rooftop pool and bar offers great views of the lotus tower and the sunset over the ocean. However the rooms have a bad odour probably due to humidity or lack of ventilation. The bed linen isn’t very clean with stains on the covers and sheets.

ร้านอาหารเก่าแก่อายุกว่าร้อยปีแห่งนี้โฆษณาว่าจะมีการรีโนเวทในปี 2021 แต่ห้องพักกลับดูไม่เหมือนใหม่เลย แล้วจะรีโนเวทใหม่ได้อย่างไร? อย่าคาดหวังว่าพนักงานต้อนรับจะให้ความช่วยเหลือหรือให้ข้อมูลได้ พวกเขาไม่รู้เรื่องเลย แม้แต่ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์แปลภาษาก็ยังไม่เข้าใจ ส่วนพนักงานร้านอาหารกลับไม่ใส่ใจเลย พวกเขาตอบคำถามทันที หาข้อมูลออนไลน์ทันที และพยายามให้คำตอบที่น่าพอใจ ช่วงเวลาที่ประทับใจที่สุดคือตอนที่พนักงานหนุ่มคนหนึ่งรู้ว่าเราไม่แน่ใจว่าจะต้องขึ้นชานชาลาไหนของสถานีรถไฟ และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือต้องขึ้นบันได ข้ามสะพานลอย หรือลงบันได เขาพยายามโทรไปสอบถามกับบริษัทรถไฟ แต่ไม่ได้รับคำตอบ เขาจึงบอกอย่างเด็ดขาดว่าจะพาเราไปที่สถานีรถไฟโดยตรง เขาพาเราเดินไปที่ชานชาลาที่รออยู่ ยืนยันที่นั่ง ให้เราขึ้นรถไฟ แล้วกลับไปทำงานที่โรงแรม เรื่องนี้ซาบซึ้งใจมาก และควรค่าแก่การลองทำดู การรับมือกับภารกิจภายนอกถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ถึงความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตของผู้คน นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมเก่าแก่แห่งนี้ยังอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟเพียงเดินประมาณสิบนาที หากคุณไม่รู้สึกรำคาญกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเก่าๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็เป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่สำคัญ นอกจากนี้ยังใช้เวลาเดินเพียงสิบกว่านาทีไปยังมัสยิดสีชมพูของเมืองเก่า ประภาคารและหอนาฬิกาก็อยู่ใกล้ๆ เช่นกัน การนั่งแท็กซี่ไปยังศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติบันดาราไนยเกนั้นรวดเร็วและง่ายดาย และการเดินไปยังจุดตรวจต่างๆ ระหว่างทางก็ง่ายดาย หวังว่าข้อมูลนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่กำลังจะมาเยือน

โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในโคลัมโบ! สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการที่สมบูรณ์แบบ! 10/10！ ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคนที่ไปที่นั่น

Great Location.. Rooftop Bar is amazing..enjoyed very much.. Staffs are friendly.. Complementary Breakfast was great 👍 From hotel The view is awesome 😎 Hopefully next time if we come here ,will stay this hotel ... Strongly recommend this hotel...

Nice rooms, good location, and the staff was very friendly. Good business hotel, but also good for couples and families. Although the booking said ”ocean view”, didn't get a ”full ocean view” room. However, there was a nice view of the city and a partial view of the ocean which was unobstructed. Standard cleanliness and amenities. You have to specifically tell the housekeeping team if you want the bed linens changed. Wi-Fi is a bit jittery and requires you to log in every day for some weird reason, but speed is okay too. Breakfast buffet is nice with a standard spread of local vs continental. Egg hoppers are a bliss, and they'll make yours fresh every morning. Food at the restaurant/lounge is average, but they make a good Long Island Ice Tea at the bar. I was unable to attend breakfast as I had an early flight, requested the front desk to swap out the breakfast for a club sandwich at 3am, they were able to do that. The staff are overall nice and friendly, except for one guy at the reception who for some reason took 1000LKR for a replacement key and didn't want to give me a receipt for it. They also didn't give me a hotel invoice during check-out and said I will have to collect it from Trip.com. While I do have the invoice from Trip.com I found it as standard practice in most other hotels to share a copy of the invoice during checkout.

คุ้มค่าเกินราคาไปมาก ตั้งอยู่บนโลเคชั่นที่ดีมาก เดินทางสะดวกใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวมากมายรวมทั้งห้างชั้นนำที่โคลอมโบ ห้องพัก ขนาดห้องกว้างขวาง สะอาดและใหม่มาก คุณภาพของที่นอน, หมอน A+ ห้องน้ำ ฝักบัวและเรนชาวเวอร์ น้ำแรงมาก เครื่องใช้ต่างๆครบครันและมีคุณภาพ เราพักฝั่งวิวเมือง มันสวยมากในยามค่ำคืน ลิฟท์ขึ้นลงสะดวกและไม่ต้องรอนาน คาเฟ่ บรรยากาศโรแมนติกมาก สวยงาม วิวพาโนรามา แอร์ฉ่ำ แต่มองออกไปภายนอกคือวิวทะเล และสถานีรถไฟอันแสนจะคลาสสิค บรรยากาศห้องอาหาร รวมถึงรูฟท็อปบาร์ และสระว่ายน้ำให้คะแนน100 + ส่วนเรื่องรสชาติอาหารนั้นดีมากๆเช่นกันอีกทั้งยังมีความหลากหลายโดยเฉพาะในไลน์ บุฟเฟ่ คุ้มเกินเบอร์ ซีฟู้ดทั้งสด และอร่อย ใครกำลังมองหาที่พักในโคลอมโบ แนะนำที่แห่งนี้ ประทับใจแน่นอน ราคาไม่แรง พนักงาน ให้บริการแบบมืออาชีพ มีความยืดหยุ่นสูงในการให้บริการ เราขอเลทเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานมอบให้ด้วยความยินดีและเหมาะสมโดยไม่คิดค่าบริการเพิ่ม
