The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

Bilik bersih, lokasi bagus, makanan juga enak dan service dari staff sangat cooperative. Untuk business trip sangat sesuai untuk perbincangan bersama client.

The price is very reasonable, even quite affordable considering the room is very nice, modern, and clean. It was very comfortable to sleep here, especially because the air conditioning was cold and worked well. The amenities were complete, and we were also allowed a late check-out until 1 pm. Free parking is available for guests, and the service was good. The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong. Other than that, it was a nice experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pontianak.

good safety and located next to the mall so convenient to bring kids along.The hotel conditions follow the standard.I'm very comfortable staying at the hotel and will definitely come again.the staff also very helpful.

Pros: + Kamar nyaman (comfy bedroom) + AC dingin (cool AC) + Dispenser Air Minum (Drink Dispenser) + Shower air panas (Hot water shower) + Lokasi strategis (strategic location) + Cukup bersih (quite clean) + Ada safetybox, dan minibar (Safetybox & Minibar) + Ada gantungan (Hanger available) + Ada cas mobil (Car charger available) Cons: - Sabun Sampoo sangat sedikit (Too little soap & shampoo) - Parkir mobil sedikit (few parking space) - Bellboy/Satpam tidak jelas (Unknown security/bellboy service status) - Sarapan buruk, susu basi, makanan dingin, bubur dingin, seperti sudah disediakan dari malam hari, yang lumayan bisa dimakan hanyalah omelet yang direquest (bad breakfast, expired milk, cold food, cold porridge like it served since the night before, the only edible is requested omelette) Netral: ＞ Cukup kedap suara 70% (Soundproof 70%)

Overall the hotels is nice close to many places. The minus, there some noisy in sometimes due to some renovation in other room. The shower blow quiet slow but still acceptable.

A well located hotel in the city with good amenties & access to shopping areas & eateries. Room was also clean & spacious but the wall is abit thin as we cam hear the voices of guest speaking. Also friendly & helpful staff ready to meet  our requests. Breakfast spread while quite basic is also delicious  sumptious.  Will surely repeat stay in our next visit.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีในใจกลาง Pontianak สามารถเดินไปยัง Ayani Megamall & Museum Kalimantan Barat ได้ เช็คอินง่าย ห้องพักสะอาด ยกเว้นห้องน้ําซึ่งมีเชื้อราสีดําใกล้หัวฝักบัวอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ประสบการณ์การอาบน้ําไม่ค่อยดีนัก เนื่องจากฉากราสีดําที่ไม่เอื้ออํานวย และยังมีกลิ่นชื้นเมื่อใดก็ตามที่ฉันเข้าไปในห้องอาบน้ํา ฉันไปสปาด้วยในขณะที่การนวดที่ดีพนักงานที่รับผิดชอบแสดงความคิดเห็นเช่น - ฉันไม่ใช่แคชเชียร์ดังนั้นฉันจึงไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ฉันรู้สึกว่ามันค่อนข้างไม่เป็นมืออาชีพ

ฉันเพิ่งเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้และค่อนข้างผิดหวังกับประสบการณ์โดยรวม ตัวอาคารเก่ามากและต้องการการปรับปรุง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่ำกว่าที่คาดหวังไว้ น้ำร้อนไม่เสถียร และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานก็ดูล้าสมัย สำหรับราคาที่จ่ายไป ฉันคาดหวังว่าจะได้มาตรฐานที่สูงกว่านี้มาก แต่น่าเสียดายที่การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่คุ้มค่าเงิน
