While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. The hotel is in the mall complex. So you can get your things easier. The traffic near the hotel is okay but when the big rain downpour, you better not go anywhere. Because the road will get flooded. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Kids will love it. I didn’t get any breakfast, but they’re breakfast was good enough.

The Club room is vwry huge the bath rub is awesome ...everything is perfecto Plus the brrakfast OMG U can find all Palembang dishes here let say kue jam 8,lupis ,buhur sumsum,pempek,lontong sumthing and the International bfast also yum

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

Great service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

ความแข็งแกร่ง : ราคาสมเหตุสมผล อาหารเช้าอร่อย รูมเซอร์วิสก็เยี่ยม ใจดี ใกล้จากตัวเมืองหรือสนามบิน อ่อนแอ : อาจมีเสียงดังเพราะแขกคนอื่นและดนตรี เลอะเทอะไปหน่อย (แต่ทนได้)
