I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรม เดินทางสะดวกมาก ถ้านั่งรถไฟไป wiybridge มีรถบัสนอกสถานีรถไฟ ใกล้ๆ โรงแรม ถ้าเดินไป 1 กิโลเมตร อาหารเย็นของโรงแรมอร่อยมากอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างทั่วไป ห้องอาหารของโรงแรมบริการดีมากแต่ front desk บริการปานกลาง; เห็นได้ชัดว่าโรงแรมมีการปรับปรุงใหม่ หรูหรา แต่การออกแบบห้องพักโดยเฉพาะห้องน้ํายังคงมีข้อบกพร่องบางอย่างไม่ใช้งานได้จริง สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบโรงแรมน่าจะสวยมากในช่วงหน้าร้อน โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมถือว่าดี

Big comfortable beds so can rest well before flight. We booked here due to flight cancellation and since I was travelling alone with a toddler, I needed somewhere I could easily reach without stressing about luggage. The airport is perfectly located for an easy commute. However, I was asked what time I was expected to leave the next day and said 6:30am, without realising that meant at 6:30 on the dot the housekeeper would be banging on my door to clean the room. They even came back a second time. This woke my son who I was trying to keep asleep until I was ready to leave the room. They I was had vacated the room by 6:45 but check out was 12pm so I don’t understand why I was being pushed out at that time. I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout but they simply said it was a problem with the two systems they use. However, if you’re asking people what time they will checkout as you want the rooms back sooner, perhaps it’s best to check they have actually checked out before sending up housekeeping.

ฉันหยดฟ้า ว่าโรงแรมนี้อย่างไร โรงแรมสวย แต่ห้องเล็กมาก สองคนหันหลังกลับและต่อสู้กัน  ไม่สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ มีเก้าอี้สองตัว แต่หัวไชเท้าหนึ่งหลุมไม่มีพื้นที่สําหรับขาและห้องน้ําก็เล็กลง ตกลงฉันวิ่งไปที่คฤหาสน์ขนาดใหญ่เพื่ออาศัยอยู่ในห้องแม่บ้าน ฉันไม่ได้มาทําความสะอาดหลังจากพักสองคืน ผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่เปลี่ยน และไม่มีน้ําแร่ โรงแรมเหล่านี้ในอังกฤษเหล่านี้ต้องตั้งเวลาสําหรับอาหารเช้าเพียงไม่กี่โมงเย็นซึ่งลําบาก สภาพแวดล้อมของอาหารเช้าสวยงามและแปลกตา แต่อาหารเช้ามีน้อยมาก  ไม่มีอะไรเป็นอาหารเช้าแผ่นดินใหญ่หรือไข่บันเคดิกหรือไข่ดาวสเปน

I stayed at the Bush Hotel Farnham while attending a memorial service. Overall, it was a great stay — the hotel is charming and well-located, with good cleanliness and amenities. The atmosphere felt calm and respectful, which suited the occasion. That said, the rooms felt quite dated. While everything was tidy and functional, the old-fashioned decor didn’t quite match the price point. Service was decent, though not exceptional. Still, a solid choice if you value tradition and a peaceful environment, but be aware the interiors may not be modern.

The hotel is very nice with good location! The staff were helpful both the ladies and the man at the front. I appreciate their kindness! However, I have not received my deposit ( 50 pounds) back yet. I was told it’d be returned after my one-day departure. Please kindly do so. Looking forward to it.

Great stay, the rooms are very well designed, warm and cosy, and right next to the Virginia Water park. The staff were great and there is plenty of parking. All I’ll say on the negative side is that the pastry on the apple tart was soggy… pastry should never be soggy! I even checked with the staff and were told “it’s supposed to be like that” …. But I won’t hold strange soggy pastry against what was a great stay.

ค่อนข้างตรงไปตรงมาวันที่ 2 เราก็หลงรักสถานที่ พนักงานทุกส่วน ยอดเยี่ยมมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทุกอย่างสะอาด ดูแลดี และเป็นไปตามสเปค สระว่ายน้ําในร่ม สระกลางแจ้ง ซาวน่า 2 ห้อง สระน้ําแข็ง สนามเทนนิส สวนผลไม้ และที่เล่นสําหรับเด็ก ที่นี่ยังมีการยิงธนู จักรยาน และแม้กระทั่งเหมาเรือให้เที่ยวริมแม่น้ําได้นิดหน่อย เราไม่ได้ทําอาหารเช้าแต่มีบาร์กาแฟเล็กๆ น่ารัก พร้อมขนมปังปิ้ง และสําหรับมื้อเย็นห้องอาหารหลัก ให้บริการแบบบุฟเฟต์ มีให้เลือกประมาณ 30 อย่าง จะได้ลองทุกอย่างสักนิด คุณภาพของอาหารก็ดีมากเช่นกัน สุดท้ายขอพูดถึงแค่ว่าคู่รักของฉันได้เพลิดเพลินกับการรักษาที่สปาสองครั้งและบอกว่าประสบการณ์ของเธอยอดเยี่ยมมาก ขอบคุณอีก1ที่เสนอราคาห้องพักที่ดีเยี่ยม

Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again.
