🌊 A Fantastic Coastal Getaway with Top-Notch Service! I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile! The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹 To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!

The location was great! Its a few minutes away from the beach by foot and not too far from the central town area. The service was also excellent! I really appreciated that the receptionist called me the day before to ask for confirmation about my arrival time and was really responsive! However, the soundproofing and detailed cleaning could certainly be improved. There would be a few times we would be disturbed by our neighbors or their children late at night or incredibly early in the morning. For cleaning, it was mainly about removing odors. The mini-fridge had a very strong durian smell and the room had a certain odor to it when the air conditioning wasn't on. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay here!

เพดานที่พักผิงถาน! ทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมจริงๆที่จะพาลูกไปอยู่! ทริปนี้ผิงถาน เซอร์ไพรส์ที่สุดคือโรงแรมพูลแลนซีวิว! หน้าต่างแบบห้องที่เราอาศัยอยู่คือทะเล หน้าต่างโค้งขนาดใหญ่ในห้องทํากรอบวิวทะเลเป็นภาพวาดโดยตรง และถ่ายรูปได้ยิ่งใหญ่! สระว่ายน้ําอินฟินิตี้ของโรงแรมเองหันหน้าออกสู่ทะเล เด็กกระโดดไปมาในสระ ปลอดภัยและสะดวกสบาย ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน ห่างจากหาดแนวปะการังเพียงไม่กี่ก้าวในตอนบ่าย ทารกหยิบไม้กระดานเล็ก ๆ เพื่อขุดเปลือกหอยและหาปูตัวเล็ก ๆ และเล่นทั้งบ่าย การบริการก็เอาใจใส่ดีมาก พนักงานก็ให้ของที่ระลึกที่สวยงามเมื่อฉันจากไป และฉันจะพักที่พัลหลานในครั้งต่อไป!

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

這次出行入住的酒店，真的給了我超大的驚喜，徹底治癒了旅途的疲憊，全程體驗感拉滿，是一次讓人忍不住主動好評的住宿體驗。 剛抵達酒店，工作人員就主動上前幫忙提拿行李，態度温柔又熱情，沒有一絲敷衍。辦理入住的流程高效又快捷，前台工作人員耐心講解酒店的設施、早餐時間、周邊出行攻略，還貼心根據我的需求調整了房型，全程溝通輕鬆又舒心。 最讓我印象深刻的是酒店的服務，真正做到了細緻入微、貼心有度。入住期間有任何需求，無論是生活用品增補還是諮詢問題，工作人員都響應迅速，態度始終温和耐心。保潔阿姨打掃房間細緻認真，不僅會整理好床鋪、清理乾淨衞生，還會貼心整理好桌面物品，補充好洗漱用品、礦泉水和茶包，處處都是用心的細節。遇到出行相關的問題，工作人員也會主動幫忙解答、提供建議，讓人倍感温暖。

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is a little remote but so quiet. This was a great opportunity to get away from the city, and enjoy the island. The room was presented in a beautiful clean manner, we also received a plate of fruit after we had gone to the room. The only negative point is that there were some events happening at the hotel, which greatly impacted on the hotel restaurant. The food took too long to receive after placing our order; and due to it being the off season they didn't turn on the A/C in the restaurant, even after some guests asked for it to be turned on.
