This was definitely one of the best family friendly hotels we have stayed at in China.. The check in was smooth..the hospitality of staff members was amazing,they greet you with a smile everytime they see you.. The room was great and very spacious,all the kids amenities were there and thekids loved the bathtub! Star of the hotel is their swimming pool,so big with many pool floats present for everybody to use.. the slides in the small pool are a big hit with the kids! The breakfast was good too..there is a drink stand in the lobby that serves free lemon and cucumber water which is great!! The play area is big and keeps the kids busy for a long time..the arcade next to it very entertaining too! All in all,an excellent hoel for families with kids and definitely worth a visit!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

🌊 A Fantastic Coastal Getaway with Top-Notch Service! I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile! The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹 To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! 來平潭的第一晚住在温德姆，體驗感一言難盡，完全不值得。第二晚選擇了這一家，能明顯感覺到酒店的用心與精心，體驗感很好。一入住就提供了免費停車的地方，送了孩子做工比較好的牙刷和拖鞋，還有小玩具，還升級了房型。温德姆價格貴了幾倍，在郊區，馬桶是普通的，吹風也很老舊，連洗衣房都沒有，周邊也是一無所有。而這一家智能馬桶是温暖的，吹風也很給力，周邊很多吃的，掛衣區設計也很合理，退房走的時候前台又送了小零食。感覺很暖心。温德姆製冰機沒有鏟子，咖啡機沒有咖啡，而他家一應俱全，五星的服務與細節。 洗衣房使用的人特別多，排隊排到很晚還沒搞好，是前台主動幫忙半夜烘乾的。非常棒的體驗。

Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot. The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect! The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

언어가 통하지 않아 힘들었지만 , 위챗을 통해서 실시간으로 도움을 주셔서 감사합니다 . 풍차가 보이는 숙소는 너무 좋았고 , 넓고 쾌적해서 편히 쉬다 왔어요 . 다만 아쉬운점은 타올이 일회용인점이 조금 불편 했습니다 . 중국의 휴일이라 사람이 많아 교통통제가 심해 힘들었지만 , 국경일을 피해서 온다몀 너무나 여유로운 여행이 될거 같습니다 . 푸른눈물은 이번에 못봐서 아쉬움이 남습니다 . 담에 기회가 되면 다시 방문 하겠습니다 . 감사해요

This is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!

平潭最好的民宿之一吧，臨海二建，主要有片私享沙灘🏖，下午辦的入住在沙灘上趕海，管家提供的工具，在沙灘上撿了很多貝殼貝殼，還抓了🦀螃蟹。 房間很漂亮，躺在床上浴缸裏就能看到海，非常的愜意。落地窗很大，日落的時候好美。 房間乾淨整潔，服務也很貼心。早餐很不錯，入駐還有果盤。 下次還要來，個人強烈推薦的一家寶藏。

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip!
