The huge, spotless bathtub was a bonus, and our little ones had a blast! A special shout-out to Mr. Lihuihuang (Culinary Manager, Floor 32) for his outstanding hospitality. He ensured every meal was delicious and satisfying, with a rich variety of tasty dishes. Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot. The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect! The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

本來要去福州過夜，但因為平潭大暴雨導致道路積水，行駛至蘆中路時車輛熄火拋錨，救援車輛也暫時沒法進來拖車，就近找了中原酒店入住，酒店外面看很温馨，暖黃燈光，裏面有點工業風，價格也很合適，乾濕分離，有洗衣房，還有室外陽台，適合陽光明媚的天氣晾曬衣物，辦入住和退房時的前台小姐姐都很好，語氣温柔，笑臉相迎，早餐阿姨也很好，本來都把餐收了，看到我們又拿出來了，還一直問我們吃不吃這個，吃不吃那個，美中不足的是**平台找不到這家酒店，攜程和其他平台有

This is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!

去海邊很方便，門口很多電瓶車，3-5分鐘就到了。。房間大，乾淨，衞生間也大，去吃打卡店也電瓶車幾分鐘，酒店前台服務很好，可以免費提供挖沙桶，還有泳池，洗衣房，每天都送了小孩旺仔和餅乾，房間很安靜，晚上睡覺除了沙灘會有點唱歌的聲音，不過到12點也停了，其他隔壁聲音都聽不見。。視野很好，看出去就是沙灘。 好評，推薦，帶娃住縣城超方便，民宿怕踩坑，酒店安全而且服務也好！

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! The hotel is great! Super clean, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is good too. The private beach is perfect. No depth restrictions, no bueys. Fish jump out of the water. The restaurant food is delicious, the night activities are superb, including the fireworks. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast, which lacks food like bacon, different types of bread, cakes, butter, honey, proper cutlerly. Other than that, the hotel is perfect. If you are a foreigner coming to visit, you can stay in this hotel, it is great. However Pingtan is a small village, so you need a basic mandarin knowledge to get around.
