Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, vous vous sentez à l’aise et ils sont à l’écoute (petite mention aux réceptionnistes et serveurs)! Je recommande pour des voyages longs comme courts. Les nombreux services de l’hôtel vous permettent de vous divertir directement sur place. Très bien situé, vous avez accès à tout en quelques minutes et sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. (Plage, commerce, gare, tram…) Le seul point négatif serait peut-être le manque de choix dans le restaurant. Des plats + élaborés pourraient vraiment apportés un plus à ce magnifique lieu. Je reviendrais !

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

Coup de cœur pour cet Hôtel nous l'avons découvert en juin et y sommes retournés en juillet et y retournerons à chaque fois que nous irons sur Montpellier grâce à Medhi qui avec le sourire a toujours fait son possible pour que nos séjours soient inoubliables et le personnel (accueil, barman, serveurs, femmes de ménages agents d'entretiens...) est très accueillant, à votre écoute et toujours disponible. Et pour couronner le tout le cadre est magnifique et reposant avec vue sur le golf, la piscine extérieur, ses transats et sa cabane en bambou pour s'offrir un verre au bord de la piscine. La piscine Spa interieure est immense et l'accès à 19 € la journée est gratuit de 8h à 10h et de 19h à 20h. Un vrai moment de détente au calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et agréable à prendre dans sa grande salle donnant sur le jardin ou en terrasse ou vous pouvez également y prendre vos repas le midi et le soir. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des prix très attractifs avec une formule accès piscine pour les invités ou personnes de l'extérieur Le Zenitude Hôtel est l'hôtel incontournable pour un petit ou long séjour à Montpellier..

🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

โรงแรมนี้ดีทีเดียว อย่างแรกเลย เดินจากสถานีรถไฟมาประมาณ 10 นาทีก็ถึงแล้ว ห้องพักมีขนาดกำลังดี การทำความสะอาดและการตกแต่งภายในทำได้ดี นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องครัวส่วนกลางให้ใช้ร่วมกัน คุณจึงสามารถเตรียมอาหารง่ายๆ ได้ ดีใจที่มีพื้นที่เก็บกระเป๋าเดินทางให้ฟรีแม้หลังจากเช็คเอาท์แล้ว

เราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน 😍♥️ เราชอบมันมาก ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาทีจากสนามบิน เรามีห้องขนาดใหญ่ในสไตล์ไอบิส ทุกอย่างสะอาดสะอ้าน เตียงนอนสบาย (ฉันขอแนะนําให้เพิ่มหมอนเพิ่ม แต่ฉันแน่ใจว่าฉันจะได้รับถ้าฉันถาม 😅 ห้องพักเงียบมากแม้ว่าจะอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรม (เราต้องการห้องที่อบอุ่นกว่านี้เล็กน้อยเราพยายามยกขึ้นเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ไม่สําเร็จ เรายอมแพ้เพราะเรามี 2 คืนเท่านั้น) อาหารเช้าดีเกินไป ไม่วุ่นวายเลย แม้ในช่วงเวลาสุดท้าย อาหารก็เพียงพอแล้ว ทุกอย่างมีคุณภาพสูง ขนมปังช่างฝีมือ เนยและชีสชีวภาพ ครัวซองต์สดและช็อคโกแลต Pain au น้ําส้มคั้นสด ไข่ต้มสด ฯลฯ ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 20 นาทีไปยังสถานีรถรางและ 15 นาทีไปยังสถานีรถไฟ เราไปเยี่ยมชมเมืองริมทะเลที่สวยงามอีกแห่งคือ Sète ขับรถ 30 นาทีจากมอลต์
