rooms are simple and basic as shown clearly in the hotel photos but bed was comfy,there was a hotpot to fix coffee or oatmeal in your room , tv with some English stations and tho small I did not feel cramped. There is a balcony with views over canal by the top floor breakfast room and a living room area with fake fireplace and comfy sofas in the lobby area. the checkin crew were helpful with local info and I thank the gentleman who told me where I could find a nearby machine to buy a bus ticket. Beautiful church and theater right across the street, not at all a bad deal for the affordable price.

ห้องพักน่าพอใจมาก อาหารเช้าก็ดีมาก ผลไม้โดยทั่วไปจะไม่เหยียบฟ้าร้อง ไข่ต้มเป็นไข่หัวใจ ไส้กรอกและเบคอนไม่เค็ม รสชาติของชีสอธิบายยาก กินไม่ชิน 😅 ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากตัวเมืองมาก แผนกต้อนรับต้องรอประมาณ 10 นาทีเพื่อเรียกแท็กซี่ รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ป่าเขา มีรถไม่กี่คันบนถนน

It has an excellent location outside Herning, in the middle of Jutland and close to the highway. Most are self-service but are convenient for a business traveller and not restricted to certain business hours. The breakfast buffet offers cold dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, and drinks.

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

โรงแรมเรียบง่ายแต่ดี ทําเลที่ตั้งดีสําหรับหากคุณมีธุรกิจในหรือใกล้ Horsens แต่เสียดายระหว่าง 2 วันเค้าไม่ได้มาทําความสะอาดห้องและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวด้วยซ้ํา อาหารเช้าวันแรก (บนชั้น 4) ก็ดีมากเช่นกัน แต่ด้วยเหตุผลบางอย่างในวันที่สองจึงย้ายไปที่ชั้น 3 ซึ่งอาหารเช้าไม่มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ แต่มีเพียงกาแฟกระป๋องเดียว นี่น่าผิดหวัง โดยรวมแล้วประสบการณ์น่าจะดีกว่านี้ แต่ก็ยังเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีถ้าคุณต้องการอยู่ในฮอร์ส

Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

Hotel is next to the museum and few supermarkets along the way. Cafes and restaurants near proximity. Breakfast has limited variety but overall a great place to stay. Service staffs were always helpful and they also allowed me to leave my luggage af checkout.

God betjening, og god morgenmad Rimelig værelse, uden at være prangende - men vi brugte det kun som overnatningssted Eneste minus er måske lige prisen på en overnatning inkl. morgenmad for to - næsten 1.600,- :-(
