Great location: 10-15 min walk to the old city Spectacular view: My husbnd and I stayed at a old city / river view room Great restaurant in the Looby: we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm, didn’t have much option for late dinner. We had ‘Beef Cheek’ and ‘Black Cod’ at Cabu. Food was amazing! We loved food so much, went back to their grab & go/ coffee bar after we checked out. Other things: Nice to have Nespresso machine and Crabtree amenities

Friendly service.  Took good care of us.  Our room was very clean.  Customer service was top notch.  Location is convenient as well - next to Place Bell and across from the bus and metro.  Would definitely return.  Thank you!

The experience was amazing reasonable price and the hotel stuff were great, trip app made everything easy for me, I tried others apps too but couldn’t find any thing reasonable. Keep adding more offers so that more people can book this beautiful hotel

Staff was very nice and efficient. Check in and out went quickly.Rooms are clean bed and pillows were comfortable. Well located right beside highway to go to Québec city. From our room window we could see the highway but didn't hear it inside the room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious alot of variety ( scrambled eggs sausages cereal fruit etc.). They also cater to dietary restrictions. It was alot more than you're typical 1 toaster and dried muffins and bananas you get at other places. Will be going again when back in th area.

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

อยู่ในเมืองเก่า ใกล้ไชน่าทาวน์ มาก มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวดีๆอยู่ใกล้ๆ เสียดายที่อ่างอาบน้ำ 🛁 สภาพตลอด และอุปกรณ์ก็เก่าจริง ๆ แต่โดยรวมแล้วราคานี้มาพร้อมอาหารเช้าสำหรับ 2 คน และคูปองเครื่องดื่มช่วง happy hour ในตอนเย็นถือว่าคุ้มครับ นั่งทานอาหารเช้าริมหน้าต่างสูงจากพื้นจรดเพดาน หิมะตก ลมและหิมะบนท้องฟ้าช่างโรแมนติกมาก💕 บาร์เทนเดอร์ที่บาร์เล็ก ๆ ก็เป็นกันเองมากเช่นกัน 😃

Convenient location in the city center and next to the metro station. The hotel is pretty old but well kept. It is very confusing to get to hotel lobby from the underground parking lot. You need to change 3 elevators and 1 escalator to get there. The car parking for hotel guests is located at the lowest levels ie 9 to 12 below ground. It will take 5 minutes every time to get to the parking lot. The lap pool closed at 7 pm and the sauna was not working. The steam room barely had any steam.

酒店用廉價的棉簽 完全沒有用了棉簽的頭掉在耳朵裏 酒店前台事不關己的態度讓人怒火三丈 花了一個晚上在葯店跟醫院 我小孩的生日晚餐就這樣被他們毀了 事後一點道歉跟抱歉的話都沒有 更離譜的是checkout時 居然發現賬單多加了一位成人餐費 問原因説有人要求加的 要求算在我們320房費裏 這是什麼操作 我説你們不打電話問我們 我問是誰 他們説不知道反正有人要求加我們就加了 這是什麼酒店管理 蹭早飯這麼容易的。。。 還有我 一條黑色圍巾丟在酒店 半路上打電話去問有沒有找到 前台説有有有 你們隨時過來拿 我電話裏把圍巾細節都確認好 開車1小時折回去給我一條灰色的 ***色盲啊 這是住過體驗最差的酒店
