房間乾淨整潔，服務也很好，説中文的前台小哥哥很帥，也很耐心，酒店地理位置非常好，就在市政廳旁邊，走去哪裡都方便，幾個網紅餐飲也很近走路幾分鐘，早餐不是自助，但品相非常好！

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

ห้องพักกว้างขวางมากพร้อมวิวป่าน้ำตกที่สวยงาม! เดิมทีห้องที่ได้อยู่ชั้น 5 แต่หลังจากคุยกับพนักงานต้อนรับผู้หญิงเธอก็ให้ห้อง 911 กับเรา ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำขนาดใหญ่พร้อมฟังก์ชันนวด และยังมีห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัวแยกต่างหากด้วย สามารถมองเห็นวิวน้ำตกได้จากอ่างอาบน้ำเมื่อเปิดหน้าต่างไม้ ที่นอนก็สบายมาก โรงแรมนี้มีอาหารเช้าที่อลังการที่สุดที่เราเคยกินมาในช่วงไม่กี่วันที่ผ่านมา ถ้าไม่อยากไปแต่เช้า แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้า ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวเลยค่ะ

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกมาก เดินทางไป T3 และ T1 สะดวกมาก เดินไปยัง T3 ประมาณ 100 เมตร และนั่งรถไฟไป T1 ก็สะดวกมากเช่นกัน ห้องมีเสียงดังนิดหน่อย อาจเป็นเพราะเสียงรถไฟที่ดังมากตอนกลางคืน ส่วนที่เหลือก็ดีหมด.

Fast and easy check in. Friendly front desk staff with the exception of a few. Hotel is still in its ” covid ” phase where you can't get towels from the housekeepers. You have to ask the front desk for towels. Gym is extremely small. One elevator was broken during the entire stay. Subway restaurant and gas stations within walking distance.

Do not forget to pack some swimsuits like we did! The kids were so mesmerized by the slide. Also needed kettle for my baby's milk and they accommodated it. Grateful for the comfortable stay.🌹

The hotel was decent for a short stay. The room was clean but a bit dated, and the bed was moderately comfortable. Staff were polite, though not particularly attentive. The location was convenient and close to shops. Overall, an average experience — good for a quick trip, but not memorable.

Normally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean. Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time.
