1. โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองและต้องใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 15 นาที สำหรับผู้ที่ขับรถมาทำเลไม่เป็นปัญหาแต่ต้องจองที่จอดรถไว้แต่หากไม่มีที่จอดรถก็ไม่ได้ ปัญหาใหญ่ ทางโรงแรมจะแนะนำให้จอดรถบนเนินเขาฝั่งตรงข้ามซึ่งไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ข้อดีคือ ไม่ต้องเสียเงินค่าจอดรถ ถนนบนภูเขาทุกวันขณะขับขี่ 2.โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งแต่ต้องจองล่วงหน้า 30 นาที พนักงานต้อนรับชัดเจนมากในการแนะนำโรงแรม 3. ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นค่อนข้างใหม่ซึ่งก็ดีเช่นกัน อุปกรณ์ทำครัวและเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าก็ดีมากเช่นกัน 4.ประเด็นสำคัญคือเรื่องสุขอนามัยเราจองไว้ทั้งหมดสี่วันสามคืนเราทำความสะอาดในวันแรกเจลอาบน้ำและแชมพูที่ใช้แล้วไม่ได้ถูกเอาออกหรือเพิ่มแคปซูลกาแฟสำหรับสามคน ระหว่างการเข้าพักเพิ่มเพียง 2 ถุงเท่านั้นและไม่ได้เพิ่มถุงชาหลังจากดื่ม การทำความสะอาดก็เลอะเทอะมากและฉันเข้ามาเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวเท่านั้น วันที่สองยิ่งแย่ลงไปอีก ฉันถามแผนกต้อนรับ โดยไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด พวกเขาบอกว่ามีป้ายห้ามทำความสะอาดที่ประตู เห็นได้ชัดว่ามีป้ายขอให้ทำความสะอาด (เพราะไม่ได้ถอดออก) วันแรก) แล้วก็เจลอาบน้ำและกาแฟ คุณต้องขอถุงชาแคปซูลและผ้าเช็ดตัวก่อนจะมอบให้ ว่ากันว่าเจ้าของร้านเป็นชาวอินเดีย ซึ่งก็ไม่น่าแปลกใจเลยหากเป็นเช่นนั้น 5. โดยสรุป โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ ห้องสวีทมีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่ และวิวสวยมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม การบริการขั้นพื้นฐานยังไม่ทัดเทียม

ห้องที่ดูดีจริง ๆ และอัตราส่วนประสิทธิภาพราคาที่ดีมาก และคุณยังสามารถรับเครื่องดื่มฟรี ห้องพักสวยและอบอุ่นเมื่อมาถึง ฉันไม่เข้าใจการเช็คอินด้วยตนเองเป็นเวลาหนึ่งวินาทีเพราะฉันไม่รู้ว่าห้องอยู่ที่ลานจอดรถโดยตรงซึ่งเขียนกระดานสีขาวและชื่อ มันง่ายและมีประโยชน์จริงๆสําหรับการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ที่รวดเร็ว ฉันจะอยู่ที่นั่นอีกครั้ง

Pounamu apartments super suites are the upstairs units with a small balcony. The view over the lake and the mountains was really nice, especially after a snowfall overnight. Inside the unit, the kitchen was very functional with oven, cooktop and microwave. Air conditioning and fake fireplace kept the unit to a reasonable heat at the start of winter but this may be an issue in the middle of winter. The shower had great water pressure and great hot water. It too about 15 minutes to walk into the city centre but the walk back along the lake requires a walk up a hill which was a little taxing so the main road is a better way back. Short drive to New World and Woolworths in Frankton.

Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.

ทำเลดีมาก ห่างจากตัวเมืองประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ระเบียงชิวมาก! ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันหรือยาสีฟัน มีแต่แชมพูและเจลอาบน้ำ (ใช้งานง่าย!) ภายในรีสอร์ทมีสระว่ายน้ำด้วย (ภายนอกดูหนาวมาก เลยไม่ได้ใช้ช่วงต้นเดือนธันวาคม)

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านการค้าและโรงแรมใกล้สนามบิน มีที่จอดรถ และหากไม่มีรถยนต์ สามารถนั่งรถบัสสาย 1 ไปยังสนามบินได้ในเวลาเพียง 2 นาทีจากทางเข้าโรงแรม ใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณ 20 นาทีถึงใจกลางเมืองควีนส์ทาวน์ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตกาชาดอยู่ห่างออกไปโดยใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาที และร้านอาหารมากมายที่คนท้องถิ่นนิยมไปทาน ทำให้เดินทางสะดวกมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทั้งหม้อ กระทะ เครื่องล้างจาน พริกไทย และเกลือ เหมาะสำหรับทำอาหารทานเองและชมวิวจากระเบียง

We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.

We LOVED this accommodation!  It was at a great location, walking distance to nearby cafe and the Hilton restaurant - which was amazing for sunset drinks overlooking the gorgeous lake and snow capped mountains.  It was close enough to the bustle of Queenstown but far enough away to relax and enjoy the surroundings.  The host was friendly and welcoming and provided really useful information that assisted our stay.  Self - paid car parking walking distance. Other dining options in the immediate area were limited but we had food delivered easily. Thank you!

All good. Mayb we do not familiar with the dryer. So after washing the clothes still wet.🤣 Other challenges would be driving at a quite steep access road to parking and move our luggage. For families with elderly, it is recommended to request owner to provide one floor instead with stairs room stay as will make elderly have leg issue some difficulties.
